We loved everything about our stay. Exceptional staff, exceptional facilities, exceptional location, exceptional food and drink. The hotel surpassed our high expectations, from the moment we arrived (at 1am we had a warm welcome and tour of hotel) to the time we departed. The pools are one of the reasons for booking and we always had access to the pools and loungers at any time of the day or night, including bar service. Fantastic breakfast in a beautiful restaurant. We didn’t eat in the restaurant at other times but the menu looked delicious. Regular welcome gestures and personalised notes (wine, biscuits). Bedroom had such a comfortable bed, balcony and adjustable AC and the en-suite had a wonderful shower and toiletries. Thank you so, so much for a fantastic holiday!

From before we checked in nothing was too much trouble for the team. They kindly collected a cycle on my behalf so I could ride early after a late evening arrival. They provided some amazing recommendations and helped us with some ideas for unique experiences. The property itself if stunning with the features of the original property being sympathetically used and restored in the design. Being one of only 14 rooms you always knew that you were being looked after. The rooftop is a wonderful place to relax in the centre of Palma. Cannot recommend highly enough.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. The level of service throughout our stay was nothing short of exceptional—truly the definition of going above and beyond, which feels increasingly rare, especially in a post-Covid world. The property itself is beautiful, with elegant interiors that create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The on-site bar is excellent, and the restaurant was a real highlight—fantastic food and great ambiance. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa and swimming pool facilities, which were spotless and perfectly maintained—ideal for unwinding after a day out. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly and are already looking forward to returning.

Had an excellent 4 night stay in Hotel Gloria de Sant Jaume. From arrival to departure the hotel staff were excellent. On arrival we were provided with a map of Palma Old Town and information on places to visit and recommendations on various restaurants along with a description and walk around the hotel. On departure the hotel kindly made us a packed breakfast as we had an early flight and whilst mentioning breakfast, the breakfast provided during our stay was lovely. Enjoyed the journey on the vintage train (Tren de Soller) from Palma to Soller with its lovely wooden carriages and beautiful views of the mountains. Palma Old Town was great - one afternoon we took a 1.5hr guided tour (which was quite sufficient time) of the Old Town around the Cathedral and the Cathedral itself. The hotel is ideally located for staying in the Old Town on the quiet Carrer de Sant Jaume. We would certainly recommend the hotel and the superb service provided by the staff and look forward to visiting Hotel Gloria de Sant Jaume again.

Loved absolutely everything!! A fantastic stay, received a very warm welcome and a complimentary drink. Hotel only small but perfect, bed was so comfortable and decor was super, staff were wonderful, I just wish I knew there names so I could give a big shout out! Thank you to you all. Roof top pool, and terrace small but lovely for a dip a sunbathe and a Pina colada! Breakfast was delicious and so much choice. Robes and slippers in room so you can go to the indoor pool which was so warm. In a perfect location, only a few minutes walk to the centre and then on to the cathedral. Loved the little cookies in our room for when we got back in the afternoon,we had with our coffee! Loved everything and my daughter and I would love to return.❤️

The breakfast, the attention to details of the staff and the helpfulness in making us enjoy our trip in Palma. I would definitely return. Special mention to Lluis Buades. She is the sweetest most nicest front office staff I have dealt with. Such wonderful staff and the sweet gesture of providing a wine bottle and daily cookies to the room was such a lovely touch.

The hotel is perfectly situated—The decor is a perfect blend of elegance and modern comfort, with every detail carefully curated to create a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They were attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating our needs. The staff’s warm welcome and impeccable service set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable stay.

Most amazing hotel! From start to finish we were welcomed, looked after and the staff could not do more for you. Beautiful decor , great breakfast , spacious rooms. Stunning roof top loungers and pool! There were welcome notes left in the room, and when we returned on the evening fruit and biscuits . The spa is beautiful , this really a great all round hotel located in the centre of Palma. Could not ask for more

Absolutely amazing hotel! We stayed during our wedding in Mallorca and we were looked after so well and made to feel very special, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional!!! The hotel itself is stunning, with amazing facilities and an amazing restaurant. We sadly didn’t get to enjoy everything on offer as we were so busy but we know we will 100% be back next year to visit! Cannot thank the hotel and staff enough for making us have some a wonderful stay, we could not have asked for more and are very grateful! Can’t wait to visit again!!

Absolutely everything but top of the list were the staff. Just truly amazing. We live on the island and have stayed in many hotels - this by far one of the best. In fact one of best we have stayed in anywhere! We went for my husband’s birthday, fantastic upgrade, birthday cocktails, cava and a cake !! The spa is beautiful. We appreciate it is a quiet time of year but we were made to feel so special - I think would be the same anytime ! Thank you
