Continental breakfast was adequate. As to the room everything was available, and we did not need to ask for anything else from the host. So very clean and well appointed. Lovely bathroom.

Just a minor note. A kitchen sink would have been very beneficial. Sky TV was not available, just some "Freeview" thing - for a home of this standard I thought that "Sky" should have been available. Rather poor download and upload internet speeds and I believe that the poor Broadband speed was the cause of the picture for the TV to drop out at various times. Possibly the host should install a tp-link box to boost the signal strength.

The breakfast options were very good. A nice selection of spreads , and choice of what type of breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the unit very warm . Everything was very clean and the "Rain" shower was pretty cool. Outside was pleasant to sit and have a coffee, in sight of nice gardens. The location was very cool, nice and quiet and pretty.

We could have had longer time away available ...lol, But Maybe next time. We used an outside chair ( plastic ) for my wife to sit in the shower, maybe a stool of sorts in the shower would be cool, if someone is disabled... having said that , it is not a complaint, merely a suggestion .

Breakfast was excellent, as described, cereal, juice, tea, coffee, bread and home made muffin. The host is super, friendly, helpful and considerate. Cant fault my experience. Very happy I chose to stay.

Nothing to complain about. I only stayed one night but It would have been a great place to stay for a week. I was driving and cycling so I got to see the area. I’d have liked to spend longer but time didn’t permit. I’d definitely stay there again if I return to Napier.

It was quiet and safe and has good parking. The room was more spacious than a motel room and has an outdoor patio area. It’s a short drive from the town center but there is no hassle of trying to park your car or dealing with the noises of the city. The breakfast provided was a great bonus also. Oh yeah, Lisa the host is pretty cool.

It was no big deal for us as we ate out, but don’t plan to cook in this unit. There are no facilities to wash dishes but this is no problem as the host will take the box of dirty dishes and wash them for you.

Lovely little apartment in a quiet & convenient location, much better than most of the commercial motels in town. Lisa provided us with very generous breakfast offerings and even catered to my allergies, much appreciated. Bathroom & shower were excellent.

Bed was a bit small (only a double) for two so partner slept in the other single bed. Beds were also a bit soft for our liking. Not totally awful though.

The host is really friendly and considerate. We arrived late and she offered late checkout. We felt so cared when we arrived around 10pm and get into a warm room and bed.

It was a bit hard for us to get into the property at the first but it probably because it was so dark and we couldn’t open the gate properly.

Very clean and comfortable with a great Continental breakfast. Lisa was very friendly and accommodating, giving us the option of an extended morning in bed, but we had to get going for the long road ahead of us. Would definitely stay here again.

It's certainly not walking distance from town, but it's only 10mins in the car.

Furnishing were of high standard - felt more like 'home' than a motel room. Good parking with easy access. Good quantity and ingredients for breakfast with a piece of cake or slice on first arrival and each evening. Heat pump and additional heater kept the cold away.

We didn't use it, but access to the third (a single) bed was awkward. No outlook. Little incoming sunlight - especially in winter months.

Very clear instructions on how to access the property and the key via the lock box; breakfast was available for us so everything was ready when we arrived. Bonus pikelets were delivered just after we arrived xx super lovely! Very private space.

Very clean and comfortable with a fabulous shower

No sink or stove in kitchen so we weren’t able to cook some of the stuff we brought with us, but Lisa was great offering to do our washing up and we were able to use the microwave. In the end it wasn’t a big deal because everything else was fabulous 😄
