Location was fantastic - right next to the sports facilities. Room was modern - nicely decorated plus it was a good size with comfy beds. Decent buffet breakfast and we had a good evening meal there too.

Stayed for 3 nights and one morning we didn't have any hot water. Apparently too many people were using it at the same time! However, in fairness they did give us a credit towards our bill which was appreciated and unexpected.

Very nice and comfortable rooms, top location inside Cornell campus. Super clean.

We were locked out of our room because the battery in the electronic lock went out, but the staff resolved it very quickly. The only annoyance I had was that the refillable bottles of water that they used were not refillable by guests, there was no refill station. You needed to locate staff in order to exchange it, which was annoying because they were rather small.

Great location for visiting our "Hotelie" son! This particular room wasn't as "updated" as one we stayed in prior, but was still very nice and met our needs (i.e. both spouses able to spread out and do some work, take calls, as needed). We did spend time in the lounge area, which we hadn't done before, and really enjoyed unwinding a few evenings there. The main restaurant is terrifically convenient, and the whole thing works with students running the show.

Very comfortable room. The view was like none other! All staff were eager to please, super friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to another stay at the Statler in the future!

It was a little pricey for my budget, but I said I need to stay there at least once during my son's 4 years at Cornell. My mom stayed with me and we both agreed that we will save for next time! Definitely not a one and done experience at the Statler.

I liked the fact that its exactly in the center of campus and walking distance to North, West and College town.

The beds were listed as Queen sized but it definitely felt much smaller and also the mattress itself was very soft and not firm at all. I really needed a supportive mattress for a good night sleep after walking so much in campus

I liked the personalized treatment, which started from the moment I entered. When I gave my name when checking in, I was greeted with, “Welcome. You’re coming up from Maryland!” The rest of my stay was just as pleasant. It reminded me of the friendly and efficient service that companies like Disney Cruise Line shows their customers. I also want to give a shoutout to the Valet staff—they were always super fast.

No complaints whatsoever.

The location was beautiful, the service was very friendly, the rooms were clean.. For observant Jews there is a very friendly Jewish community on campus (for students, but guests are welcome) the food is decent and very affordable, and there is a lot to see in walking distance so Saturday can be well spent (botanical gardens, a lake etc).

If I could give 10 stars I would! The hotel is gorgeous! The view is absolutely breath taking. The food is amazing and the staff is extraordinary! I forgot my jacket there (very special to me) and Patty (housekeeping manager) did above and beyond to find it! Looking forward to come back!

It was my second stay at the Statler, there’s no one else compared to this hotel in Ithaca

For the first night we got a room across from the elevator, we could hear the elevator up and down, we complained and the following day we got one much more quieter! Nice staff

Central, walkable to all things of interest. Small but very well done room. Very quiet, couldn’t hear people in other rooms. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The restaurant food wasn’t great, I had higher expectations. We had a snack at the bar and an early morning brunch. Food was okay. I think one could learn from a fantastic brunch in the UK, Preston Marriott, Preston, UK. We literally dream of the food there.
