The hotel where you checked in was very straight forward to find and the staff were friendly. I was able to store my luggage until the apartment was ready and they called me to let me know it was ready early which was very helpful. I was taken down to the apartment which was close by. right next to the river and on the doorstep of the main square. the apartment was as pictured but appeared quite dark on entry as all the shutters were closed. Everything was clean and tidy. It was very quiet and the view of the river was nice. The high ceilings made it feel spacious. And the lift was an adventure in itself as it was glass walled so you could see the old part of the building. There was a great supermarket about two minutes walk away which was sooooo convenient. Plenty of towels and a good shower. A great location to access the city. Get a map from reception and put your phone away or you will miss all the good stuff.

The apartment was quite dark and I had misread the photos and thought there was a balcony, the windows were huge though so when open felt good. It was strange to have a kettle but no where, except the floor to plug it in ? Also the fridge was freezing everything for some reason, even with adjustment. fortunately I love ice cream !! The microwave was good but there were no mugs suitable to put in it !

Key pick up from reception and then driven to apartment by hotel staff. Driver helped with luggage and explained all about the apartment and how to gain access to it. All of the hotel staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The apartment met and exceeded our expectations. The location of the apartment was ideal. It was on a quiet road and close to the river whilst being a short walk to the main shopping and tourist areas of Verona. There were smaller supermarkets nearby and a larger (PAM) supermarket across the river (5 minutes) with a greater variety of stock.

A spare bin bag would have been useful. We did have one meal a day in the apartment and filled the bin halfway through our stay. Although it was easy to dispose of our rubbish as there are bins just across the road for general rubbish and recycling of all types.

Centrally located, attractions like the Arena are only some minutes by foot. A bus stop is also close by as are good restaurants.

The lighting was bad – weak light bulbs not helping much against the small windows (the apartment was on the first floor). The apparemment was announced as "two rooms", but the second one was practically unusable as two beds took up all the room. There was a sofa, but no table because leak of space. Why not provide a sofa-bed? The "kitchen" was build inside a cabinet – utterly pointless. It encoded the fridge in a way that we rushed pinching or runners every time we opened or closed the fridge.

Check in was easy, although if you arrive by car you need to find somewhere to park and walk to Reception and they will then accompany you to the apartment where you can also book a parking spot. The property was clean, spacious and importantly, very close to everything to walk..

Finding a parking to check in at Reception is not always easy. The hotel does have 2 parking spots to use, but they are not marked at all so we did not know where to go when we arrived at the Hotel.

Any single piece of a support service or feature inside the room were great and the wardrobe-kitchen is simply amazing.

Main door to the room must be opened by an electronic code from the outside; they did not lock several times when I tried to close them while leaving. Also the bathroom had a sliding door when by locking them I got stuck inside without having any actual possibility of unlocking them. I had to ask my roommate to assist from the outside.

I recently booked a stay in Verona, and it was an incredible experience. The city itself is a charming blend of history and romance, and my accommodations lived up to that standard. During my stay, I explored Verona's historic sites, such as the Arena and Piazza delle Erbe, which were all within walking distance from my hotel. The local cuisine was a highlight, with numerous trattorias serving delicious pasta dishes and regional wines.

Location was perfect!

Never received information on instructions for entry into the apartment. You have to go to a hotel which is about a 10 minute walk away- management was very rude and claimed I ignored the emails sent- not true. I received the emails after checkout! Kitchen facilities are very minimal.

The location was perfect right by the river with beautiful view . Check in was swift and you were brought to your apartment in a vehicle likewise for checkout and you have the option to store your luggage at the hotel if you need to .The apartment was spacious and cleaned everyday,fresh towels etc . There was a small yard with table and chairs which the apartment next door could also access.

The apartment living area was quite dark despite side light( for checking maps etc )There are very few items if you intend to cook,no kettle ( we used a saucepan to boil water for tea/coffee)no small flat pan,no corkscrew bottle opener etc .2 ring hob .

Helpful staff! We came on 2 motorbikes and could book a garage spot. The garage is located approx 500m from the apartment. The staff helped with transfer both ways which was great.

Not sure if the info about not being able to drive close to the apartment was visible on Booking. We did not see it but was informed when we arrived.
