Converted synagogue was nicely finished. Ample easy parking.

Our room was on the Third floor. We were pretty shocked to find our room was accessed by about 8 steps, so it was really on floor 2.5. Getting our luggage down & then up was difficult. The hotel really should provide staff to assist. Alternatively, guests should be told about the situation and moved to a room that is accessible by the elevator.

Our room was fabulous! The coolest hotel room ever.

There is nothing around it and you park in front at your own risk (which sums up the neighborhood). The young guy at reception seems bored and watched us struggle in with our suitcase, no offer of help no door opening, not very welcoming.

The property was clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like that the fact that the worker behind the bar was slow and didn’t have someone else helping her when the bar and breakfast was busy. The worker was nice but she hardly made any eye contact with the customers and seemed frustrated when the bar or breakfast got busy.

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff, very convenient location to SU, super clean and secure. Great beds!! The local driver - included - was an amazing bonus.

The air conditioning in our room was exceptionally loud.

This hotel is so close to upstate medical it was easy to walk back and forth. It’s also walking distance to various restaurants. The staff is accommodating and very friendly and the room was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this establishment!!!

I could not find anything to dislike about this property.

We had splurged for a suite. The one they gave us was called the Tree House. This was a big mistake for two 80 year olds. The bed room was up a flight of stairs. Noe way in the dark, middle of the night could ether one of us made it downstairs to use the bathroom. The description should have described this better. The afternoon desk person was able to get us another room, she was very nice.

This is the second stay in a row that there was no morning coffee. The short heavy set desk guy not as component as the rest of the staff.Same person both times.

Staff was so polite, breakfast was phenomenal selection, room very spacious and clean. It was very nice!

I was concerned about the proximity to the hospital for ambulance sirens but there must be a quiet zone in place because I didn't hear anything (day or night). Also, the room has it own heating/cooling system in the wall (more like a home furnace) and made a nice, consistent white noise sound for sleeping. The bed and pillows are just like home so comfort was a 10! The room was spotless. Our vehicle was parked in a secure adjacent lot with ample lighting as well. Breakfast was typical. It was a very nice stay.

The HVAC system was a bit noisy when running, on the picky side the floors squeaked and felt spongy in places both these comments pertain to minor shortcomings.

Location is great for the University, great staff and very clean

Signage eg. Where restrooms are on the lobby level and eg. Where elevators are when on bedroom floors is not clear. No real vibe in the lobby area..
