The Oasis Palms is an "old Florida" styled hotel, with cottage/apartment style rooms. Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Quiet resort,, no loud party noise making guests.. I wish it was right on the beach, but crossing the road is a much shorter distance than walking from the road or any of the hotels on the beach,, to the water, very wide beach. I don't think Booking.com made anything easier or cheaper. I normally call directly.

On the beach side would be better, and on Booking.com they put their price block right over where you would immediately notice it is not on the beach side.

The place was perfect. From the location to the room, the pool and Angela. She fully accommodated my husband, myself and our daughter and made us super comfortable! We wanted to stay an extra night at the last minute and Angela let us stay an extra night without making us move to a new room! What a gal! Thank you! It was so relaxing to be there and I cannot wait to come back. Just a few miles down the road from John's Pass and other awesome places and a quick walk across the street to the most beautiful beach in the world!

No hangers in the closets but I get it, they're getting back to normal from back to back hurricanes. The place was spectacular. Im not really worried about hangers.

The ease of check-in and the room was ready when I arrived. The room secured with two deadbolt locks. The bed was one of the best I have slept on in a long time. The room had two large TV's and the kitchen area helped me save money on eating out. I love the location as well, a short walk across the street to the public beaches near by.

Not sure what the real in-office hours are, I would have loved to extend my stay an extra day but I was unable to catch the check-in person when they were in the office....otherwise the property was wonderful

The room was nice and remodeled. Very spacious. As we stayed in a one bedroom the only thing we didn’t like was there was a AC unit only in the bedroom. So we had to keep the door open for the bedroom in order to keep the living room cool. I think a fan can’t fix. I love the outdoor seating how spacious the property was. I love that the pool was open till late. Honestly, I loved everything about this hotel/motel and I will be back.

Nothing. It’s a work in progress from the hurricane, but it definitely has succeeded since then!

The lady on staff picked up the phone right away and let us check in earlier with our arrival before the 4pm check in. Room was a perfect size for two of us, and it came equipped with a fridge/microwave. The pool was amazing to walk right out into and location was within walkable distance of the beach/other shops/food places.

There was some people outside of our room downstairs that talked most of the night/morning loud one night and our last night there was one guy being super loud on the phone. The shower head also would spray outside of the shower everywhere so if we wanted to use the bathroom after a shower we had to wipe the toilet seat off or put a towel to wipe the floors to go in there. They also don’t give you more towels so we got beach towels and had to use those from the office for our shower towels so we wouldn’t have to do our own laundry.

How close it was to everything we needed and the beach. Very laid back atmosphere and comfortable setting.

We had called about grills on premises and they said they had gas and charcoal. The bigger one was rusted out and the other was a bit small. The gas grill was the front desk personnel's grill and was out of propane. I paid to get an exchange so I was able to cook. There was no stove in our room so it was the only way to prepare food.

Our room was large and recently remodeled. The staff is excellent.

We made our reservation through Booking. The terminology on the site and what the motel uses is different. Which made it a little confusing, but Angie, the manager, made an accommodation for us since there was a misunderstanding.

Angie is the best! 10 stars! She will make sure your stay is a great experience. Location is fantastic, and the economy price is really exceptional. If you want to stay near the beaches affordably, this is your place. Clean, friendly, boutique motel, at a great price!

I had no complaints. The room was clean and seemed to be updated. I had everything I needed and even though the office was not open at checkout, I left an email and they responded stating no issues.

It was not a big deal at all, I'm sure there are reasons the pool is closed by 8pm. (If I recall correctly) but I wish it was open later. I simply wanted to lay on a chair and enjoy the night sky and warm weather without the sun (month of June). It was no big deal at all.

We usually stay on beach side but decided to stay at Oasis instead. It literally is across the street from a beach entrance. The room we stayed in exceeded our expectations. It was clean and comfortable for us two. Angie, the manager, was amazing and answered any questions we had. We have found our new place to stay in Treasure Island. Loved the entire week.
