It is a lovely character Hotel just off the grand Canal very close to all water buses Saint Mark Square the staff are very friendly the square out the front was perfect about four or five restaurants there plenty to choose from a hotel also offered a restaurant discount across the road

My only issue was the size of the shower it was a fantastic power shower and very good but being on the larger side there was no room at all

Centre of everything! Nothing to complain about in regards to location. Staff were excellent and room was clean and spacious.

Not the easiest to find in a little alley but that’s my fault. Shower could use an update.

The hotel is nice and the room spacious and confortable. Reception was open 24 hours so it was no problem for us arriving after midnight.

I would have like to have a kettle in the room to have a cup of tea or something, also water is not included. We arrived late and thirsty and they have 2 little bottles which you have to pay for.

The hotel was fabulous in a brilliant location off a lovely square. Less than a 5 minute walk to Sain Marco Square. The staff were great and the rooms were so clean. We had to leave our previous airbnb as it was not as expected so this hotel was a god send for us

The room was slightly on the small side and no view (just facing the building opposite) - you can get rooms with a view for a little extra. This wasn’t a problem for us as it was only a 2 night stay and we were so delighted with the room.

Great location (less than 5 minutes to waterbus station and San Marco), very friendly staff. We received an upgrade to a 1 min nearby apartment (Duccale), very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Near the apartment a very good and varied Pasticceria (Bonifacio) for breakfast. Safe and clean area.

Excellent location, very friendly service. We had upgraded for 10 euros each night with the balcony room near the canal, it was an excellent view. Very happy about the upgrade.

Air conditioning was not sufficient. The breakfast options were not enough.

The location of the hotel was super convenient, very close to a boat station and also at the heart of Venice. The staff was very helpful and provided instructions on how to get there. Thank you Andrea! If I'm back to Venice, I'd definitely come back to this place.

Towels felt a bit like blankets but nothing that bothered me.

The location of this hotel is excellent. super close to the San Marco cathedral. The room was excellent, the beds super comfortable. The staff was super. The view from the room was specific to Venice, a small street and beautiful buildings. The canal in the back of the hotel can be admired from the breakfast area. Highly recommend this location for visiting Venice!

tidy and clean room, entrance down a quiet alley way so it was away from the noise outside.

quite far from the station (25min walk) which is my fault for booking without looking at the map. it was nice hotel but quite pricey for what it was.

Did not have breakfast so cannot comment.

My stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, Customer orientated and highly professional at all times. Very patient with my poor attempt to speak Italian. They were all wonderful the receptionist and the cleaners. My unsung hero was the janitor. All of them were fantastic people making my stay better still!
