The staff. I left my briefcase with our passports and my laptop in the hotel and realised only after reaching Heathrow. Nihar Gohel from the front desk and Daniel from Concierge were super helpful and got the briefcase to me at the airport in half an hour. I’m grateful to these two gentlemen and the black cab driver beyond words.

No drinking water glasses in the room and charging for empty plates that we requested. The breakfast could also do with a varied menu.

The hotel staffs made us feel so welcomed right from the start, from the concierge who asked about our journey upon entering the hotel, and helped us with our luggages, to being upgraded to better rooms without us even asking, was wonderful. Rooms are very spacious and have air conditioning. Thank you for a great stay for 3 nights, highly recommend this hotel!

The lighting system was a bit confusing in the room as it has 1 master switch, so when we turned off the lights by the bedside, our phones which we plugged in by the sockets by the bedside also didn’t get charged. We switched to the opposite wall sockets the next 2 nights and it was fine.

I like the hotel location so many things you need are close to you the grocery stores restaurants and underground station very near 2 minutes walk. The room is good size and very quiet. Mrs Soundarya at the reception desk was very helpful to select the right room for me and the help of Kanticha from Reservations Department to assign a good room. Thank you all. The location is really great! It is located in a very neat area around the corner from the metro station , making it ideal for further travel into the city. Also a direct metro connection to the airport

Generally I like the house keeping they clean the room every day very well and supplying 2 bottles of water daily. I would recommend vacuum cleaning the room carpet every day. The house keeping is very helpful.

Location was excellent for travelling to downtown london or to Heathrow. Tube station was a 2 minute quick walk Staff was excellent at all times. We were greeted so well at the check in desk. Concierges were helpful. Management was approachable and addressed any concerns.

The sink in our room would not drain well. We requested a fix and staff did so. However, we felt it was not cleaned well afterwards. We called and someone came to clean it. The tub also leaked onto the floor. We had to put down towels by the tub corner to keep the water soaked up. The tub sides are very high to climb in for a shower. However they had low bars on the tub to grab if you can bend over to hold.

Rooms were pretty old. But

The rooms were well-sized, offering comfort and convenience. Its proximity to local restaurants, museums, and the metro made our stay exceptionally convenient and enjoyable.

One area that could see improvement is the range of toiletries provided. While shampoo and bath gel were available, the absence of other items like a shower cap or even sanitary bags was noted. Adding these would enhance the overall guest experience.

The location is excellent—close to the metro station and shopping areas. Having a bidet in the bathroom is very important for us as Muslims. The room was very clean and well-organized on some days, and the TV offered a good variety of programs and movies.

However, on other days the cleanliness level was average. There was also some noise in the area, and the hotel did not take action until we contacted the reception, who then coordinated with the police. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortable and seemed old.

Great location to the London tube, bars, and cafes. Large room with king bed and plenty of space.

When we arrived, we were able to check into our room early. However, after unpacking some of our clothes, we realised the air-conditioning was not working and the portable cooler was not cooling the room. After visiting reception, we were advised we would be allocated a new room. We repacked and returned to Reception and was advised that it was unknown how long it would be before it would be ready. We returned a few hours later, and our room was available. The following day, after 3.30 pm, our room had not been serviced. We needed to call housekeeping as you are only provided with 2 regular coffee servings we had used the previous day. We are returning in another 10 days and hope for a better experience.

Breakfast was great and the family room we had was very comfortable on the 3rd floor for us (2 adults, 6 yo and 10 yo). The location is perfect, right next to Gloucester Road tube station. We arrived a little earlier than 3 pm but still managed to check-in with no problems whcih was nice after arriving from the airport. The price was very good value for a 4 star London hotel - seemed comparable to short term private apartments in the area. The water bottle refill machines were great. The one on our floor wasn't working but it wasn't a problem to use the one by the fitness room on the 1st floor.

No major issues - Our hotel room window out to the street was very dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The lift buttons were a little confusing to operate at first but we soon got the hang of them. Only 2 of the 4 coffee machines were functioning in the breakfast area during our stay which meant there were sometimes small queues to get a drink.

It’s located by a station and a few blocks away from High Street Kensington, I’ve stayed here a couple of times always a pleasant stay. Room sizes are great too.

For the amount of guests that they get they need to refurbish the rooms the furniture is really old and during a previous stay some did fall apart and I asked for a newer room. This time around they have upgraded me and the room is in better shape but the furniture needs to be changed the bedding and and everything in the room needs to be replaced. Also for the majority Arab guests that they have all rooms should have a bidet not just the club rooms.
