The rooms were well-sized, offering comfort and convenience. Its proximity to local restaurants, museums, and the metro made our stay exceptionally convenient and enjoyable.

One area that could see improvement is the range of toiletries provided. While shampoo and bath gel were available, the absence of other items like a shower cap or even sanitary bags was noted. Adding these would enhance the overall guest experience.

I like the hotel location so many things you need are close to you the grocery stores restaurants and underground station very near 2 minutes walk. The room is good size and very quiet. Mrs Soundarya at the reception desk was very helpful to select the right room for me and the help of Kanticha from Reservations Department to assign a good room. Thank you all. The location is really great! It is located in a very neat area around the corner from the metro station , making it ideal for further travel into the city. Also a direct metro connection to the airport

Generally I like the house keeping they clean the room every day very well and supplying 2 bottles of water daily. I would recommend vacuum cleaning the room carpet every day. The house keeping is very helpful.

Location was excellent for travelling to downtown london or to Heathrow. Tube station was a 2 minute quick walk Staff was excellent at all times. We were greeted so well at the check in desk. Concierges were helpful. Management was approachable and addressed any concerns.

The sink in our room would not drain well. We requested a fix and staff did so. However, we felt it was not cleaned well afterwards. We called and someone came to clean it. The tub also leaked onto the floor. We had to put down towels by the tub corner to keep the water soaked up. The tub sides are very high to climb in for a shower. However they had low bars on the tub to grab if you can bend over to hold.

Location, pleasant staff, excellent breakfast

Lack of bottled water in the room , empty soap dispenser in shower area were the only minor issues for me. I was told that water is only given in the sixth floor and above rooms and was subsequently charged £3.50 for a bottle in water in the bar for the room.

It’s located by a station and a few blocks away from High Street Kensington, I’ve stayed here a couple of times always a pleasant stay. Room sizes are great too.

For the amount of guests that they get they need to refurbish the rooms the furniture is really old and during a previous stay some did fall apart and I asked for a newer room. This time around they have upgraded me and the room is in better shape but the furniture needs to be changed the bedding and and everything in the room needs to be replaced. Also for the majority Arab guests that they have all rooms should have a bidet not just the club rooms.

The position is superb. A one minute walk from Gloucester Road underground station, crossing just a small road. There are supermarkets and loads of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It is just a ten to fifteen minute walk to the Natural History Museum. The hotel entrance is lovely, it is private and enclosed between two roads and there is an underground carpark if you need one. £££ but it is available. Security was tight, you need your room key to access your floor in the lift and there were plenty of members of staff in the foyer to keep an eye on things and to help guests. It felt very safe despite being a big hotel. The room was comfortable and there was a fridge as well as the usual tea and coffee making things. I didn't use the restaurants but did have a nice cocktail in the bar. I stay in the area regularly but hadn't stayed here before, I will definitely be back as I feel the price to comfort ratio was excellent.

I feel I'm nit picking but the room and bathroom were slightly dated and the windows need painting. It was a very nice spacious room though.

Breakfast: Fair WIFI : Could not detect that in room wi fi was secure; unable to see our Rm no to confirm Location: Excellent proximity to Tube and Kensington connections Room: V nicely furnished, a hint crowded: v. clean; service v good; appreciate green awareness Transportation from airport to hotel covered by Booking, com and v much appreciated. Return to airport would have been great. Staff for luggage and doors ; and even the maintenance painter on exterior : Excellent in greeting and offering help...added to our stay

Room size with two beds would have been great to have it a bit larger. Lounge Hrs longer would have been nice; and longer hours for food service in the lounge as well.

The location is priceless..you can roll out of Gloucester Road London Tube station on the Circle and District Line. The staff were brilliant. I reported some issues in the room, and the staff were on to it right away, and the problem was solved. The bed was comfy, and importantly, pillows of different thickness were provided to suit all...I like thin pillows myself. I had arrived with a cycle, and there was cycle parking facility in the underground car park. The circulation spaces are excellent. The shampoos and hand washes had an exotic fragrance. The entrance to the hotel is off street, and this is great for folk arriving by car.

Some aspects of room fittings were a little tired looking. The bathroom tiled floor was pock marked, the towel hook on the back of the door was missing, and the paper tissue dispenser box remained empty through out our stay. Toilet rolls were available at all times, though.

The location is excellent; it is a one-minute walk from Gloucester Road tube stop, and there are frequent trains to/from Heathrow via the Piccadilly line. The District and Circle lines also have easy access to most parts of London. There are many excellent restaurants within an easy walk. The lobby is elegant and the facilities are excellent.

The check in process could be quicker. While there are usually many staff present, things don't happen quickly. The room decor is dated. It's a minor point that I don't understand. No matter how cold it is outside, they keep the doors propped open, keeping the entrance and lobby area very cold. Some rooms have windows that do not seal properly, which produces drafts.
