I liked the apartment it was a good size and soundproofed, very clean and tidy, and warm and air-conditioning you get your own room and bathroom each which was amazing good size each, comfortable and cosy, you get your money's worth definitely recommend this stay, staff were welcoming and friendly and helpful, you get an option whether you want to eat in the apartment or choose there services, a great location as you have a lot around you and close to the train station so not far to go, plenty of shopping and restaurants and cafes and theatre you won't be disappointed

Very efficient and friendly staff. Apartment clean with comfortable beds and good bathroom, kitchen facilities. Longe chairs comfortable and in good condition.

The apartments lack a bit of charm but functional for a short stay and value for money. Food packages and rubbish in communal hallways outside left by other guests . Not the fault of staff but perhaps people should be encouraged to bag up rubbish and take it downstairs themselves!

This apartment was a great choice it's right next to Piccadilly train station and a short walk to all the shops, bars, and entertainment. The place was very clean and modern with a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen (all crockery, cutlery, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc) and clean good sized bathrooms. Check in and out was easy and staff were friendly. There is a small on site bar. There was tea, coffee and milk/sugar supplied, and there are several little supermarkets within a 5 mins walk. There's a car park at the back but it was full when we arrived and doesn't look particularly secure, we had booked a great gated parking space on the my parking space website, which worked out cheaper and was only a few minutes walk. All in all is a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

The only issue we found was the very small uncomfortable sofas, it wasn't a big deal because we were out most of the time.

We had a wonderful stay, the location was ideal with the added bonus of the free bus right outside the door. The apartment was exceptionally clean, very spacious and perfect for our family. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and happy to chat or give suggestions. Mo at the front desk was very helpful. We arrived in on an early flight and the staff did their best to accommodate us as early as a room was available. We used the locker room to store our stuff in the meanwhile which was very handy. A wonderful experience all round.

I genuinely couldn’t fault the place. No complaints whatsoever.

I had booked a 1 bedroom apartment for our family of 4. We arrived earlier than expected and our apartment wasn't ready, so we were immediately given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom flat. The apartment was spotless, everything seemed brand new and there was loads of room. The location is great, very close to Piccadilly station, and the free bus that goes all round the city stops directly outside! Despite being on such a busy street, the apartment was actually very quiet. Finally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this as a great option, especially for families.

The apartment itself was fabulous and so well equipt and the bonus of the accessories being brabantia gave the upgraded boost. We loved the rooms and layout Of I had to give a suggestion it would be better sofas the sofas cushions(base) slide and move and they were so small to sit on with adults! Also a unit make up/hair area in the main bedroom would of been fab But all in all I’d happily stay here again and I’ve already sent the link to friends who are visiting soon

Reception staff at Staycity are super friendly and super helpful. The location is absolutely fabulous as it's so close to Manchester Piccadilly train station, as well as convenience stores such as Co Op and Sainsburys for any staples. Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is basic, but absolutely decent for a night or two. Have stayed here before and would chose it again for large groups as the two bedroom apartment rooms are very spacious.

Nothing, though asked to stay on a high floor as I can imagine the first floor front facing rooms may be a little noisy, but I have no direct experience of this.

As others have said, fantastic location for trains, buses and many restaurants and shopping. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, extra pillows, bedding etc if needed. Dishwasher tablet, washing up liquid, tea towels etc great wee starter kit and all you would need for a few days stay. They also have lockers to store your luggage, if needing somewhere to put luggage after check out. £2.00/£3.00 for either a small/large locker for 6 hours..was a great bonus for us as our train wasn't departing to late afternoon so we could go exploring for a few hours without having to bring our luggage with us.

Location. It is just right beside piccadilly station, short distance to piccadilly gardens where you can take buses to everywhere from the main bus terminal. Apartment. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apt for 3 of us. The size was great. Washer/dryer was available in the unit so it was convenient for our long winter trip. The kitchenette comes with sufficient appliances where you prepare a meal. Beds were comfortable. Staff. Friendly and helpful staff from the moment we check in to check out.

It would be good if there is instruction on clearing trash/recycle bins and replacing bin liners. Also, it will be good if there is instruction manual to use dish washer/washer/dryer as some of us are not familiar with the brands. But all sorted out on our first day.

The place was lovely! I got the one bedroom apartment. It came with one sizeable double bed and two single sofa bed for my daughters. The kitchen was fully equipped with frying pans, pots, dishes and cooking utensils. The cooker, microwave and washing machine worked well . The apartment was spacious and my girls (age 4/2) had fun running around and exploring. The staff were very friendly, took us some lovely photos by the giant Christmas tree. We paid for parking £15 per day. I’m hooked, would be checking out for stay city everywhere I go They could have been tv in the room though but it’s fine
