There was a supermarket near this location which opened late (until around 8pm). Although I did not have a chance to use it, the swimming pool seems to be well-maintained. A bit understaffed (every time I needed to visit the reception there was a line) but people are super friendly.

It is a single-storey building with a long hallway, which means there's a lot of foot traffic, which can be pretty bothersome. Especially children seem to be let loose to run around the hallway in the middle of the night. I don't know why, but this place seems to get a lot of families during the weekend, which made Friday night to Saturday morning the worst stay.

The College Town Bagel shop nearby had decent coffee, great bagels, and friendly staff. A group of 8-12 children were playing ball in the parking lot a couple times during my stay, having a good time, bringing a sense of community to a hotel that I didn't expect.

Price was too high due to limited rooms available. This is no way to treat a guest. The rate should be the rate, regardless of how many people got there first. I had to cut my vacation short by half due to the fact that the room price was double what it should have been.

The rooms are large and the beds are super comfortable. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is good. The van to the university is an important point.

There was no information about cleaning. We may not understand. We had to ask about cleaning to find out that we had to request the room to be cleaned. When we requested, the room was not cleaned. I believe they forgot. We spent a week with a dirty room. We were unable to use transport to return to the hotel, because the phone number they gave us was not working.

If you can, get a room with a fireplace. Gas fireplace, a button to turn it on, and it really adds a cozy, home-feeling to the room. The staff upgraded one of the rooms so we could be in the same building and the rooms ended up very close to each other. The rooms are great, the breakfast was good.

It's a little far to walk to the main parts of the Cornell campus or to Collegetown if you are not used to walking, though still feasible. There were some difficulties with the room cards deactivating - don't put them next to any electronics.

The hotel staff were really friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were great - we used the fitness center twice. The room was very large, warm, and really well kitted out for a simple stay.

Breakfast could have had more fruit/vegetable options, and the room was a bit careworn (peeling paint around the bath, and the bath let water out slowly) - but really clean and it didn't much affect the experience!

Pretty close to Cornell University. We love our room with the tall ceiling—unique and airy! Free hot drinks and fruits throughout the day — very thoughtful! Breakfast is not bad with scrambled eggs and sausage patties.

Room door is tricky to maneuver - must lift up instead of down. I never learned it!

The breakfast was pretty good, the pool area was nice and having the towels available was amazing. The room was spacious, the beds were clean, and the air conditioning was superb.

The pillows were a little flat, but it’s nothing that we couldn’t handle!

Quite a huge room with a functional bathroom. Bus stop and well equipped shops nearby. Coffee and tea available at cantine. Good price/quality ratio. Very friendly housekeeping staff (greeting to Tammy)

A little more smile at check in desk would be much appreciated. Monotonous breakfast if you stay longer.

I need make my own sofa they don’t make for us I believe if I pay for the room including the sofa for sleep the staff from the Hotel should be make not us the guest. They give me the sheets and they tell me I need to make by my self. I’m a employee for the Conrad Hotel in NYC and will never do this to our guest

Room was very nice and location was very good as close to Cornell and walkable to it.

Guests across the hall were loud, rude, and inconsiderate until after 1 am. and didn't like it when that pointed out.
