In the perfect location for our trip! We were able to park our car in the property without an extra charge. The room was super clean, we were provided with extra towels heaps of tea/coffee. The information provided on where to eat and what to do was awesome and the 60 sky channels were a bonus to watch the nrl!! The bed was comfy and all the amenities we needed were there. Also the owners were very nice when we saw them briefly. Thank you!!

So many things to like! Location is really good, near to all you need. The accommodation was bright, well laid out, sockets in accessible places, modern, very clean, bed super comfortable and air con perfect and not intrusive, ie not blowing directly on the bed. I would rate this higher than the 3 stars. Nate and Emma were great in contact with our late arrival, I met Emma the next day and she was lovely, asking if we needed anything. They also provided a small bottle of milk in the fridge and a bottle with cold water was also waiting. We really could not have asked for more.

Nothing - it was perfect!

My husbands and my stay at Mission belle was amazing! We stayed for 16 nights and were very sad to leave. We couldn't have asked for a better location as it was so close to both beaches, restaurants, the hot pools and the shops so very convenient. The room was cleaned every second day and we were able to keep up with our laundry cleaning regularly with their laundry facilities..A very comfortable room with a balcony.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

We were pleasantly surprised by this little motel. Very clean and the room was exactly as advertised. Great location close to both the beach and Pilot Bay but also only 3 steps away from the Main Street of eateries and shops. As someone who religiously relies on reviews I would definitely recommend this place

Only issue we had was the “wet floor” bathroom, the shower curtain needs to be longer or something because the water after a shower covered almost the entire bathroom floor. Then the towels were soaked trying to mop it up and we weren’t aware of being able to ask for fresh towels before 10am the following day (until it was too late) so it was soaked towels all weekend. Plus there’s no extractor fan so it just kind of stays wet even with the window open. Also a little noisy at night due to the location (cars, night clubs etc) but this is obviously out of the control of the motel

From check-in to check-out and everything in-between, the Mission Belle staff had us covered, the best local eats, shops, and activities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the pillows were bliss, so much so I would've happily extended our stay. Check-in was a breeze, and my son and I felt very welcome there. Location has to be best in town, central to basically everything you could want on a holiday away to Mt Maunganui.

Our room was on the smaller side but we didn't mind as we were really only there to sleep and chill between activities

It was very nice, clean, and comfortable and in a perfect location with easy access to the Mount for walking trails and the hot pools plus close to restaurants.

Contactless check-in worked ok but it would have been so much better to talk to a person when checking in at the motel about local activities and especially to get a map. Maps and brochures were available but I had no idea where to find them until I met the proprietor after 24 hours of my stay. Once I had a map, everything was much easier. It would be great if a map was provided in the room. Also, I really didn't like having the tv in the living room which was not that easy to see from the bedroom.

We were there on an extremely cold wintery night - the room was so cosy and warm (no need to turn the heat pump on) and the bed was super comfortable and warm. The location was fantastic, walk to the shops, the beach, Pilot Bay....it was so convenient, didn't have to use the car at all.

Bring ear plugs, because the noise from the street is really loud. The location is amazing but you're near bars and restaurants, so of course it's going to get noisy late at night.

The rooms were light, bright, and clean. The kitchenette was well appointed, with adequate cooking facilities. The fridge had good capacity with a small freezer compartment and sundry useful electrical appliances (e.g., iron, hair dryer) were on offer. There was a wall mounted television with a good selection of SKY TV channels available on it. Good eateries were immediately adjacent to the motel, the main shopping street was just around the corner, both the Oceanside and Pilot Bay beaches were within easy walking distance, and the geothermal hot pools were a short walk away.

There was a small bedside stand on one side of the bed, but another on the other side of the bed would have been useful to place a cup of tea, spectacles etc., and this might have been achieved if the couch had been placed along the front window - only a minor consideration.

Super clean with all the amenities you could need for a couple of days. Close to the beach, shops and the Mount.

Was surprised there’s no reception but I was able to ask for help using the in-room phone which was great. TV lost signal for one of the days but was able to find other things to watch so didn’t matter too much. Would recommend having a curtain instead of blinds for the back door for practical reasons.

Very clean and comfortable. Awesome location, walk to the beach and town in literally on your door step. Grounds are well maintained and taken care off .Manager was great and even allowed us to use an extra carpark for one night which we really appreciated.

We left some snacks out on our kitchen bench and came back to ants everywhere. We stayed in lots of motels in the area and never had issues with ants. The manager was awesome and did everything to try and solve the issue but we chose to leave as they were still there in the morning. Great customer service though and would definitely go back
