The room was very comfortable. It was upstairs with rooflights so no view but it didn’t matter as the ambiance was so nice and the host was very friendly. The shower has a clever button press to switch it on. Breakfast was well done with generous portions. Its only a short drive to town so easy to get around. All in all, very satisfied.

The Inverness mall carpark in the town centre shuts at 7pm! We had to be rescued 🤣. Be warned

The location was v good, just 2 miles from the city centre, so walkable. A short drive will take you to the dock to embark on a trip down the Caledonian canal and Loch Ness. The room was spacious with a sofa as well as the beds and there was an extra comfortable sitting area downstairs. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice. The hosts and staff were v friendly.

Lovely warm friendly reception at the door by owner Margaret, great start to my stay. Their home is very nice with a cosy sitting area for residents downstairs if you want a bit of time outside of your room to read or have a chat with others staying along with you, not forgetting to mention the separate nicely laid out breakfast room also being there. My room upstairs was better than any expectations I had, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. En-suite was a good size too, plenty of space and there was an unexpected bonus in the room, a mini fridge with real milk for your tea/coffee instead of those long-life things you usually get. I had the Dunhallin breakfast which was excellent and plenty on the plate to give you a great start to the day, vegan and other alternatives on offer to suit pretty much everyone. Location is fairly central in Inverness with a relatively easy walk into the town centre, around 25 minutes. All in all a great overnight stay, definitely somewhere I will be happy to stay again in the future and to highly recommend.

Absolutely nothing to complain about or would like changed.

This is a really lovely place to stay. The owners are very welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The room was spacious, warm and comfortable - exactly like on other occasions we've stayed here. The breakfast is delicious - great options, well presented. All the facilities are spotless. In short, a really great place!

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Our hosts were so kind and the room that we were given was gorgeous and clean! About a 40-minute walk to the centre, which was fine for us. I recommend this lovely stay! Would love to come back some time.

Nothing!

Very friendly hosts and very obliging. Lovely cooked breakfast. Spacious room, comfy bed. Fridge in bedroom with fresh milk, nice added touch. Location for our visit was perfect. Quiet location, 35 minute walk into the city centre. We will be returning.

Having to pack our bags and leave 😊

Proprietors have it down. They were unobtrusive, yet available when needed. Sandy, the owner, seemed to anticipate our needs. The property was clean, lovely, and convenient.

Literally nothing.

This guest house is a true home from home. Made to feel really relaxed and welcome. First class facilities on offer; from the large, modern bathroom adjoining the spacious bedroom. Vast array of breakfasts on offer to suit all tastes; cooked to order breakfasts was an especially nice touch. Situated a short walk from sports bars, cafes, restaurants and shops or about a mile from Inverness city centre. This is an ideal location for business or leisure stays and spotlessly clean throughout. The off street parking was an added bonus. Highly recommend

No faults at all; hosts couldn't do more for you.

Fantastic B&B with delicious breakfasts, helpful hosts, comfortable bed, huge room, and a peaceful and safe location.

The only slight negative was the location being a bit far from the center of town, but that was also because I didn't have a car. So if you're staying here with no car, make sure to budget taxi rides into your stay.

We had a lovely 4-night stay at Dunhallin and were very pleased with the large room, comfortable bed and bedding and the amount of storage space. The breakfasts were beautifully cooked and more than enough. We appreciated having a fridge in our room, and use of the comfortable lounge area. There was plenty of parking space on the large drive and we had access to our room at all times. Margaret was very kind, friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.”
