It was comfortable and l Iots of room.

The bathroom had black mold next to tub. Wall paper was also missing near tub. The gap between tub and the shower had pink slime in it. When the room above us was in shower we could hear water dripping in the wall. Also we checked our credit card and was charged twice. We went down to have breakfast and while we making our coffee one of the staff blocked the dining area and we could not make something to eat. When we checked in they gave us the key card and we went with our luggage to the room and card didn't work. My husband had to go back down and wait to have cards fixed.

Front desk staff were nice and friendly. Property was very clean and orderly. Breakfast was a plus no complaints with that. Close to the areas I was visiting. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable I usually do not sleep well, I slept great there.

My complaints are minor, 5 people stayed in the room, room service never came in to check. 2 adults and three kids after 2 days of swimming and the beach we needed new towels for showering. We had to go find them ourselves again not a big deal but we were told to leave them on the floor and they would be replaced. Also garbage was never taken out of room, we took to the dumpster outside and then had to search for someone to give us new bags.

I originally got room 420, there was a bug under the runner on the bed.. I get another room. By that evening someone else had got room 420 and I know housekeeping didn’t come clean that room. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Property was very inviting! Wonderful atmosphere, good parking.😁 Beds were SO COMFY. Shower was very relaxing to take after a long day at the beach.😁 And the AC was EXCELLENT. Kept the room a PERFECT 68F🤣 Definitely would recommend this to whoever wants a good quality hotel, but doesn’t want to have to sell a kidney for the room payments😂

The ONLY thing that I didn’t care for is the shower head in the bathroom. Though I’m very spoiled with the one in my own house’s bathroom, so I’m a little biased lol It was still a wonderful shower with almost instant hot water, and Phenomenal water pressure😁

The bed is very comfortable, and there are almost 100 channels available on the TV. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the entrance to Assateague Island National Seashore. I didn't go to the Ocean City beach and boardwalk, but it is nearby.

This isn't exactly a criticism, but Microtel really lives up to the "micro" part. The room was small. I was traveling alone and it wasn't really an issue, but a couple would be very cramped in a room the size of mine. There are larger rooms, but a queen bed room might not be great for two people.

We had a wondeful experience at the hotel, it was clean and well taken care of. Also, requests for things like toilet roll and extra towels were taken care of promptly. Breakfast was also a wondeful addition with varieties to choose from. I also loved the location, it was close to the boardwalk and Assateague, so it gave an option of beaches to go to.

It would be a wonderful gesture for hotel staff, to say hi to people as they came in rather than ignoring them.

The location is great. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions and gave me directions! The hotel is very clean my kids loved the pool! And they also liked how spacious the room was! Most hotels they are very cramped in the rooms.

The only thing that I would complain about the beds were way to firm!

We have stayed at microtel's in multiple places and have always thought that they were the most comfortable and cleanest and the staff is always the friendliest

Never had this problem before but on this stay the room wasn't as clean as it could have been, there were no towels or washcloths upon entering our room and every time the air conditioner kicked on we kept getting a urine smell

Location was perfect for us. We were meeting family on Assateague Island and the hotel wasn't far for us to travel to them. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. We had two queen beds and a sofa and there was plenty of room for us three adults to move around in. Breakfast was simple but just right for something light to start the day. I'd definitely rebook.

WiFi wasn't great. The WiFi in our room was very slow. The only other thing worth mentioning is to brighten the lights in the bathroom and put a hook on the back of the door to hang a bathrobe while showering. Lights are too dim.

It was clean, staff was nice and the bed was comfortable

The breakfast was very minimal and basic. One waffle maker was broke. So everyone was waiting for the waffle maker. One family used it for at least 30 mins. We finally gave up and got cereal. We ate breakfast elsewhere the rest of the time.
