Very convenient location - just a short walk from train and bus stations and everywhere else I need to be. Large, spacious and well decorated room (much bigger than in other hotels my friends were staying in). Underfloor heating in the bathroom was great addition - very beneficial when we’d been out playing rugby in the rain! And the breakfast was superb - so much choice, I looked forward to getting out of bed each morning for it!

Obviously the outside was undergoing renovation, so wasn’t looking its best yet, but there was no inconvenience from that. In the room, the area to hang clothes was a bit small and open - so once I’d unpacked etc it made the place look untidy. But those were just minor issues

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet at night. The breakfast was very good. It was in a convenient location.

There were building works going on with a scaffold erected just outside the room’s windows, which cut out a lot of natural light. The workmen started at 8:00 am and were a bit noisy, but as I am an early riser this wasn’t too much of problem. Fortunately, I was out for most of the day, so the works didn’t disturb me very much.

Great location close to the Oslo central as well as the metro station. Convenient grocery stores and multiple restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. The tourist attractions and museums are very accessible through metro, and bus. Good spread for breakfast, even for vegetarians. A little more protein options for vegetarians would have been better, but no complaints. Room was comfortable, with basic amenities. Staff were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The luggage storage option was a god-send.

The room was very spacious and clean and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable. We arrived at the hotel way before checking time (around 10 am) and even though, check-in was not until 15h, they let us enter our room directly. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, one of the best buffets I've had in a really long time. On top of that, there is free coffee and tea available all day at the lounge area.

The room and hotel were perfect, except for one little detail. It is located next to some bars so there is a lot of music and noise at night. It is impossible to sleep with the window open. The hotel must be aware of this since they have earplugs available in the room.

The staff are wonderful, respond promptly. Breakfast is great. We had business room, lot of space for two of us. We particularly love the coffee machine and refrigerator. It is on back side of central station, one can use bridge to cross the street, pass a small park, turn left， hotel sign is big and visible. There are 7-eleven across the street, and KIWI grocery store , tram station, good restaurants are nearby. We walked to most tourism spots. The only place we have to take tram is Vigeland park.

We heard some noise from the street late night. The area is a little dark at night. But Oslo is a relatively safe city.

Breakfast includes both cold and warm options with a diverse range of choices, whereas the politeness of the staff members is something that stood out (compliments to them!). The room was one with two beds and a shower, which was more than spacious for myself (even more than spacious enough with a 2nd person there) and cleaned every day. The location of the hotel is a few minutes walking from central station and a few minutes walking from several (cheaper, for European terms) restaurants. Would certainly stay here again when visiting Oslo!

The breakfast was outstanding! It will not let you down for sure. We can definitely praise the hotel staff - extremely kind and helpful. The location of the hotel should be also underlined as really convenient. The room was pretty OK - we liked, first of all, the iron;-). There are other additional nice options to be used, e.g. free coffee in the lobby.

It was impossible to handle the temperature in the room:-(. Floor heating in the bathroom, air conditioning, roof windows - all these worked not enough or worked... far too well.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for getting around the city. 2 min walk from metro and 5 mins from central bus station. 10 mins from main train station. Free coffee, snacks and fruit in reception. Was able to check in early. Good buffet breakfast that caters for gluten free and vegan which i appreciated.

Construction work on at the moment but hotel supplies early plugs which worked for me.

I liked the location: not too far from the train station and the "trikk," with a great selection of restaurants/bars in the neighborhood. Breakfast was good, what I have come to expect when visiting northern Europe.

Unfortunate that the building was covered with scaffolding, but of course maintenance occasionally requires as much. Fortunately, I was out during the day, so the presence of workers outside the window did not disturb me.

Hotel was very clean and breakfast was great with an excellent choice of food. Location was good for closeness to things and only 200 yds or so into the middle the city. Close to the train station and public transort is excellent. 10 minutes walk to the marina and Opera house for a stroll on the roof. Rock bar next door was great, as we do like the vibe and they have live music on. Walking over to Akerhus was about 10 minutes and the walk along Aker Brygge was great

It can be a little noisy into the early hours as we were in a room at the front of the hotel but it didnt put us off.
