Well-located. The rooms are big.

The water machine on the floor I stayed needed fixing. Another experience made me felt unsatisfied was that when it started to rain slightly, I asked the reception for an umbrella. The lady in the reception turned to the room, I thought she might want to get me the umbrella. But the guy at the reception said something in Polish to her and then told me there was no umbrella at that time. I felt an upset because it just started to rain slightly and I didn’t see many people borrowing the umbrella. I thought it was normal for guests to borrow an umbrella at the reception of a five-star hotel.

This wasnt cheap but wow it was the nicest hotel ive stayed in away from the uk. Staff where perfect and breakfast was an experience on its own was unreal selection of food. Which was all stunning especially the local polish meats and fish dishes. The room was unreal with its own private balcony and view over the old town stunning. Mini bar fully stocked and air con perfect temp in the conditions. Room service was incrediable beef tartae was unreal. The bathroom was perfect and plenty of towels and amenties. The bed was so comfy i slept like a log. A requested a late check out and was arranged within seconds. The staff at reception and room service honestly some of the best on thr planet. This is one of the best hotels ive ever stayed in.

The price said tongue in check but you do get amazing service.

As I had previously stayed at the hotel on business I knew it was a good clean and friendly place.

On my first stay I had a room overlooking reception and this was perfect, quiet and large windows for plenty of fresh air . On this my second stay I specified a double bed but had to singles and I had a view of a yard full of bin , this was noises late at night and early in the morning . I had asked for large windows as I can’t sleep with air con but the noise forced me to close the windows, not the end of the world but not ideal for someone with sinus issues

Excellent check-in, beautiful rooms and exceptional daily cleaning service. Beautiful breakfast with A La Carte pancakes, omelette and tasty porridge. Breakfast highlight: herbal teas in tea pots, beautiful desserts, freshly squeezed orange, grapefruit and tomato juices, smoked salmon, salatka warzywna. We didn't use parking but there is option for car park, too. Nice restaurant for lunch/dinner also where you can sit on the terrace overlooking the famous Gdansk high street. Short walk to the boots, many restaurants and Museum for WW2 for those who are into history. Overall excellent stay, no complaints. We would definitely come back again to this beautiful city.

Nothing.

Superb location! Just less than a minute, you're in the main street! Very big room and excellent restaurant to start your day with open buffet breakfast which leads you to main square Dlugi Targ. In the additional, the hotel itself has ancient ruins within which impresses the most. Last but not least, the hotel provides free water filling and in the room there were both shower and bathtub which was bonus!

There is nothing we did not like.

Very central location.

Breakfast was a reasonable choice but not up to a 5* hotel standard. Hot option ,Sausages (hot dogs) baked beans, bacon usually very crisp, boiled eggs, occasionally mushroom’s. I did however got the a la carte omelette and porridge which was good. Staff were attentive. In the bar a half of glass of wine 30 zloty very disappointing. Stayed in the new refurbishment section of the hotel which was good. Unfortunately the fridge was not very cool. Had noisy neighbours and doors needed to slammed to close properly.

The location of the hotel was perfect. A few steps out of the hotel, and you are right in the middle of everything..

The website needs to change direction on how to get to the hotel when driving in Gdansk. It took me a long time to figure it out and ask locals about it. Only guests from the hotel can drive up to the hotel, but I did know that. Make it easier for your clients. The hotel needs a face-lift. It's outdated and looks a little bit of love.

Great hotel, ideal location right in the centre of Gdansk. We arrived at the hotel after 1am (having had a late flight!) and there was someone on reception to check us in - the only thing that was a bit odd was that the receptionist just handed us the keys without telling us what floor our room was on or how to get there! Perhaps he was tired... other than that no issues, very comfortable good sized room with lots of amenities like tea/coffee, kettle, coffee machine, robes and slippers. We didn't use the breakfast facilities or the gym facilities so can't comment on those- but we had a great 5 night stay. Bar area was nice and reasonably priced. Hotel is walking distance to everything you might want in Gdansk (including only 15mins walk from the station if you want to get the train to visit elsewhere in Poland)

Only the receptionist who was on the night of our arrival as above. But that's a very small thing. Otherwise- no complaints at all!

The hotel was very comfortable. The location is really amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious - so much choice.

The only slight issue was that the shower was not so hot (it wasn't really a big deal, though, because the weather was quite hot in Gdansk anyway). Apart from this, everything was really wonderful. We loved our holiday here and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was gorgeous and in a perfect location, right around the corner from the old town. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a gorgeous premium room with plenty of space.

Our particular room was uncomfortably warm. We asked at reception if the air conditioning in our room could be fixed. We were told it is controlled centrally and not individually in each room. Staff informed us this was turned off at a particular time during the day. We were there at an unusually warm time for the time of year but it made the room uncomfortable to sleep in. I also found the pillows uncomfortable; they were too soft so ended up using towels underneath them to make them firmer.
