The entire property is amazing and in a good area close to the shopping areas and food as well! The laundry area was great and the room was also great! Perfect amount of space for my family. One of my favorite hotels so far.

The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the gym room. They only had treadmills. There weren’t any free weights but I guess because of the size of the gym and you have to walk through the gym room to get to the laundry room.

Loved the suite room and access to all the amenities. Front desk staff was very easy to communicate with. The room was very clean and everything that was said to be available to us was available to us.

The dryer machine took my money and $3.00 for a dry is expensive if you have to pay it twice. Wish they had detergent machines inside the laundry area. There was a large rip on the couch in our room and that made the living room part of the room look really cheap. Wish they had a more assorted breakfast experience. Maybe some additional coffee creamer flavors, whip creame and fruit.

Easy check in. I had a hard time at the previous hotel checking in, which led to cancellation. I was glad to find this place right up the road. The level of service super exceeded the previous check in attempt. I was in my room within minutes. While the other place despite a reserved time was still informed to wait and attitude from receptionist was highly unprofessional.

When arriving the young man working the front desk was very pleasant and respectful. I can not remember hus name. We complemented him on his customer service skills. Would also like to mention Fabienne. She was also very pleasant and her interaction with my mother in law when they started to speak in French. I was wide eyed because I did not know my mother in law spoke French. Thanks also to Jaylene and Tabitha. We will make Extended stay are first choice when we have guest visiting from out of town for there visit. Forgot to mention that this visit was for my mother in law that was in town for her husband's planned surgery. Wanted to make sure she was comfortable and we picked the right place for her. She was very comfortable.

The room was spacious and location was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The furniture was in poor condition . Shower could have cleaned better. No pans, dishes or utensils in kitchen. So couldn’t cook anything . Bed was hard.

Wasn’t listed in the booking that there would be a 100 deposit required. Also said free breakfast and there was nothing but coffee. The lady at the front desk upon check out needs to learn some manners.
