The hotel and room are fine, quiet, quite clean, tidy. The mattresses are quite soft, so if someone doesn't like that, it might be a problem. The breakfast is buffet, with a wide selection. We had a little problem with the WiFi connection, it was solved at the reception. The train station and the metro to the airport are very close, for whom this is important, a good choice.

The blinds in the room didn't work, so there was only artificial light, and the windows couldn't be opened. The area is full of homeless people, drug addicts, and other suspicious people, which doesn't inspire much confidence...

Hotel in a budget range due to location in the area next to the main train station, which is considered dangerous, but no issues in this exact location (avoid hotels in the area on the other side of Am Hauptbahnhof, it’s way worse). Hotel itself was very comfortable for the price paid. The crew was really friendly and the breakfast included was fresh and tasty with enough choice. I got my room super early and check-out is at 12, which is also great. Reception is 24h and they offer bag storage. Overall really good service, way above usual standard in Germany.

The neighbourhood is far from being nice, but still probably the best in close proximity of the main train station. As a compensation hotel offers rates, which are extremely low for a comfortable accomodation with breakfast. For me it’s a good deal.

I recomend if you want a place to stay overnight. Considering the price and the description, it was quite good. The bedroom was clean and smelling good, the beds were comfortable and I didn't hear any noise during the night. The heating system was working well. I didn't book it with breakfast, so I can't give an opinion about that. I was looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay overnight, where I could take a shower and rest, as my intention was to spend the day sightseeing. So, It met my expectations. People complained about the neighborhood, but there are pros and cons: considering it was near a major station in a big city, it was as expected. There were some drug dealers on each corner and some weird people around, but I didn’t feel afraid or unsafe.

Just a few minutes away from the HBF. The room was comfy. A safe and cool hotel.

I had to check in early in the morning, but there was no space available. The staff were in general helpful as they let me leave my bag there but the guy in reception could have been more welcoming. It wasn't nice having to wait outside for 4 hours for a room I had paid for beforehand. They could have at least offered some water etc and asked me to wait inside, but the lack of sympathy is a general issue in service sector in Germany as far as I've seen. I wish there were better treatment.

A simple hotel with all the basics covered. Good value for money, very clean, decent size room, friendly staff and tasty breakfast. The location was good too, close to the train station, to a shopping centre and to Messe, if you travel for an exhibition there. The staff even agreed to store my suitcase after I checked out, as my flight was late at night.

Not much that I didn't like really, the pillows were quite uncomfortable (too big for me) and the bed-side lamp was not working. However I could switch off the light from my bed, so no big deal.

The room is large with abig closet. The bathroom has an average size, but has everything necessary. A cozy bed. Receptionists are quite sweet. The price is also quite cheap compare to its same kind.

Located near the train station, the most chaotic part of the city. It's possible to see multiple drug deal and injections on the way coming to it. However, nothing really effect you when you are in the hotel -- no noise, no unfriendly customers.

The property is close to the HBF, only a 5 minute walk. A standard continental breakfast was included in our rate, making it very good value. The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was lovely and strong. Our room was very clean and looked to have been renovated recently, very nice. We stayed here because they are close to HBF, have noon checkout and its easy to get to the airport by train.

The room was smaller than all the ones in the pictures, -2 points for that. Not much space for the clothes The up side of the furniture had some dust and due to lack of space for our clothes, we had to use that space too. There are creepy people outside, but inside the hotel feels safe.

The hotel is well located between the station and exhibition center. The rooms are simply furnished, but comfortable enough, very clean and everything works well, including the WiFi. The breakfast buffet was simple, but again, more than sufficient and good value. I will definitely look at staying here again when I need a simple hotel close to the station.

If you are looking for facilities other than a comfortable and breakfast, this is not the hotel for you.

Everything was very clean and nice, there were no issues checking in, staff was very nice and fast, the location of the hotel is in the middle of the city and easy to reach any important destinations

The breakfast is not bad, but I personally think it is a little bit basic and I would have liked to see a bit more, if you are looking for a great breakfast probably get it in a cafe nearby. You get basic cereals, cheese, eggs, bread rolls, it's alright but nothing fancy.
