Location is nice, excellent value for money. Bustling markets across this property. Warm & welcoming reception staff members, they are courteous. I had standard single room booked but was upgraded to a Deluxe suite upon arrival at the property, was surprised by this gesture of the reception staff and their professional customer service to delight guests. Cleanliness is maintained round the clock & Housekeeping staff are diligent. Mr. Yousef Khamis is impeccable in his work. Recommended for business travelers or attending exhibitions/meetings as many companies' head offices are in proximity to this property.

Nothing, but parking is bit of a squeeze but manageable. Nothing to dislike.

The Hotel location is excellent. The manager and reception staff offered excellent. I can't comment much on the breakfast since I visited during Ramadan and therefore it was served in the room. However, it was the same throughout, and on some days, it was cold, the bread was too dry and tasteless. Otherwise, the dinner was excellent with the exceptional service from Ali, Ahmad, and Salehe. The room was very spacious and in a nice view. However, you could hear the sound of cars passing by the road so it is kind of disturbing during the night.

1. Breakfast since it was served cold the bread was tasteless and with no milk. 2. Room cleanliness - On the first few days the room smelled of cigarettes and the bathroom was not that clean, when I reported to the Manager it was cleaned. 3. Communication. Some of the Front Office staff do not speak or understand English. They only speak Arabic. Since the hotel receives guests from all over the world, they should learn a bit of other foreign languages to communicate with them.

Nice and clean room, great location, wonderful staff, and a homey vibe. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammad Abu Affafi and Mr. Raed for their wonderful/warm welcome and support during my visit. This hotel is a frequent location I stay in when I visit Jordan, and they always make a great effort to make my stay a memorable one. Thank You!!!!

Nothing as far as I experienced

The hotel is clean and quiet, with a minibar, hair dryer, and a comfortable room where I slept very well. Breakfast is served in a nice dining hall with a street view. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and truly feels like a 4-star hotel!

It’s a bit far if you want to walk to restaurants, cafés, or the mosque.

Great staff, a convenient location, and a great facility. They also offer free breakfast in a great restaurant. I also wanted to thank the staff for providing me with a complimentary upgrade. This is my first time staying in their one-bedroom suite and it is spacious and comfortable for families or individuals.

I honestly did not encounter any problems. They actually were very friendly and welcoming :) It felt like staying at home :)

The place is very quiet and clean, and the staff is very friendly, very suitable for business and tourism as well.

I think the room needs a small sofa instead of a chair. The rest is top and there are no disadvantages

The hotel was located in a good location nearby our office and was easy to access transportation. The staff were so kind to us and assisted us in so many ways. The room was clean and big enough to accommodate my family. We were provided with housekeeping services everyday. Our stay at Crystal Suites was amazing and we felt like home.

I liked how nice the staff are. The hotel is a great location near the 5th circle. I loved how they gave me the room at 6 in the morning when I arrived to Amman. They also provided me with a great accommodation for my breakfast very early in the morning.

The first room, the bed was not very comfortable. But when they changed my room I was very happy with the new option

The hotel surpassed my expectations, with exceptionally friendly staff that made me feel like I was the owner. Hadeer, the receptionist, was very accommodating and nice. Despite the breakfast being simple, it was incredibly delicious. Considering it in terms of value for money, my stay was outstanding.

The internet connection was a bit slow.

Room and Bathroom clean and comfortable. The bed was perfectly comfortable! I slept amazing. Room was provided with a watercooker and a well working mini fridge.

Traffic right in front of the door is absolutely madness. But that's a general thing for Amman.
