We chose Paragraph as our main destination to celebrate our first anniversary — and we’re so grateful we did. It truly elevated our time in Tbilisi, and we’re already thinking of coming back. We left with so many special memories from our stay: 1. The staff were incredible — genuinely kind, always helpful, and constantly going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. 2. They surprised us with a beautiful anniversary gift: a fruit basket, traditional Georgian sweets, and a personalized note that made us feel truly special. 3. Breakfast was a highlight — rich flavors, high-quality local cheese, honey, jams, and perfectly done Benedict eggs. 4. Our room was pure luxury — hands down one of the best hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. 5. The spa experience was another standout. Their facilities are top-notch, and our couple’s session was just what we needed to unwind. 6. And our favorite touch? The bedtime stories left for us each night — a unique blend of art and culture that gave us a glimpse into Georgian heritage. 7- Amazing view, amazing location. So many thoughtful details. So many warm moments. Paragraph didn’t just host us — it became part of our memory. Tbilisi was unforgettable because of it.

Honestly nothing.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel organised the pick-up from the airport and we were able to start our holiday in comfort. The check-in worked well, we even got recommendations for good restaurants and tours. Our room had everything you could wish for, a cosy bed and a very well-stocked minibar with plenty of water and wine. The view was unique. The bathroom is spacious and there were plenty of towels and bathrobes. The spa was very well maintained and we were able to start each day there in a relaxed manner. Three different saunas and a steam bath and even a room full of ice rounded off our relaxation. Every evening there was a free wine tasting, which helped us a lot to learn new things about Georgia and the country's wines. The rooftop bar has a wonderful view over the whole city. The location of the hotel was perfect, in the centre of the city, everything was within walking distance. All in all, I can really recommend the hotel. We would love to come back.

Great Location. The entire hotel is beautiful, new and modern design, every corner has special designed. this is the best hotel I have stayed in. the SPA is spectacular, the room is big and very comfortable

we loved everything, no bad comments!

This is my first visit to Georgia and stay at Paragraph Freedom Square. All the staff I met at this new hotel were very helpful and pleasant. The facilities are excellent, there is a Gym, suna rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools plus a Spa. There is a nice library with executive lounge if it is included in your reservation. The location is very central and many attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff working there were excellent. My special thanks to Tekla and Nini for being so attentive, anticipated my needs and provided customised meals. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family members.

Nothing i didn't like

The room is spacious and comfy. The room services are respondent and extremely fast. After getting to the room we had some doubts to stay, (Mr. Luka) was very professional in handling the situation and actually showed us different rooms to choose and this is rarely happening in hotels. We really enjoyed the stay and would do it again.

There was minor air leak from the window at the hot tub site which made it cold to use it. Because overall experience is excellent this issue was not significant.

The staff! My daughter had an accident. She hit her head really badly and it was bleeding so much non stop. The staff were so attentive, called an ambulance right away, got her a wheel chair to sit on, stayed and translated through out the paramedics examination. They even ordered us the medicine the paramedics prescribed along with gauze and antiseptic liquid on their expense. I later ordered her a banana milkshake and they sent it to my room also as a compliment. The duty manager informed his colleague after his shift ended and his colleague came and spoke to me and checked up on my daughter the next day. They handled the situation so well and were so helpful.

There was some kind of really loud noise that kept coming and going. That was disturbing to us. But the hotel took a note of that and said they will investigate it and fix it.

A six star hotel! It’s really one of a kind! We had a unique and memorable stay! The location, our suite and the view was spectacular. The stuff was so friendly and helpful! The food on the breakfast was extremely tasty! Thank you so much for your hospitality and your service! Special thanks to Erekle Asatashvili! He is a really professional manager and a great person! The room was spacious & good . All facilities provided were excellent. AC were having a technical issue so for the 2 nights that we stayed it was really hot due to which we avoided spending time in the room & preferred staying out . May be if the AC were working as they were supposed to our stay would have been memorable . Location & view from our room was spectacular .

The breakfast stayed the same no changes at all . Not asking to change the entire menu entirely everyday but some dishes like the main could have been changed.

One thing i can sey is that paragraph didn’t disappoint in terms of hospitality. Tbh within our stay in georgia this is the only hotel where we really feel that georgian hospitality. I mean we like the country overall but a lot of georgians are just really serious i can say most of them and we didnt feel welcome at all and some are really not having it in terms of behavior but our stay in this hotel being on our last day have turn things upside down and made our last day stay truly unforgettable. My kids love the overall amenities, we had book the junior executive suite and i can say its a room that wont dissappoint you got the entire view of the city within such a magical ambiance. Also special mention to all the staff from reception, to bell boy, waiters to other hotel staff and up to the driver who took us back to the airport.. and also special mention to giorgi from the swimming pool who gladly help me kids and giving such a pleasant genuine smile to help.. and lastly to whoever is leading the hospitality department of this hotel you are doing a great job so keep it up!!

We love most of it

One of the best properties I’ve stayed at in the world in terms of luxury, facilities, location, comfort and a huge shout out to the entire staff who was extremely pleasant and helpful pretty much round the clock. Not a single negative point comes to mind. An amazing property, contemporary, fantastic indoor pool and spa!
