Remodeling was going on and the central areas looked great. Restaurant service was great. Really enjoyed the burger. Fruit at breakfast was really good. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze and water was provided upon check in. Staff was very helpful with check in and out.

The bathroom shower did not work as designed. The lever on the shower faucet did not work properly on half of the water went to the shower head. No ink pins in room and front desk was unable to provide one on request. Really irritating and unexpected from a Hilton Property.

Customer service: I was abandoned by my airline in the middle of the night and this hotel made a very stressful situation easier. Checked in at midnight without a glitch. Room was clean and lovely, breakfast was good (not free, but I didn't care, since the airline will eventually be paying).

This is not a 4 star hotel and I didn't expect it to be. It is a classic business traveler hotel, and that's fine. But the staff WERE 4 star.

Close to the airport with excellent shuttle services and helpful staff. Really good as a transition hotel for someone going to the airport especially. Restaurants had a little of everything. Staff really paid attention and even checked in.

It’s really all about the airport in that neighborhood. But it’s a perfect airport hotel.

I made my reservation through Hilton app. However at Some point BookingBuddy took over the reservation unknown to me until after the reservation was complete! I had no recourse and made my real reservation again but through Hilton. So I currently have paid twice for the room. I am very disappointed that Hilton would allow Booking Buddy to override their system.

The hotel is very convenient to the airport, which is the reason I picked it. The room was clean and I really liked the friendly shuttle drivers. I called the hotel when I returned from my flight and they sent me a link to follow the driver as he made his way to my location. That was very helpful. I did have to wait about a half hour which is always the issue with using hotel shuttles as compared with using airport shuttle services.

Booking.com indicates free parking which is misleading. I stayed at this hotel because I was traveling. I factor in the cost of the hotel stay with the parking savings. I had to pay to leave my car at the hotel while I was gone, but it was cheaper than the pay parking lots. Anyway, be aware you will have to pay to leave your car.

Breakfast was great, lots of choices and great food. The location was very handy to/from the airport and central to all of our destinations (Maryville, Sun City, Parago park, Tempe. The staff was very friendly and helpful (front desk, restaurant, bar).

Because it was on a main road, it was a bit noisy on weekend nights due to road traffic.

The room was clean and smelled clean. The Breakfast was excellent. The Servers at the breakfast buffet were friendly and quick.

No working Laundry facility. And the fast the front desk was not aware???

The restaurant and bar was very fun, great food and service from the staff. We really enjoyed ourselves there before heading to the concert.

Furniture was chipped a lot and the chair was pretty dirty with a lot of stains. For the price I paid to stay in a room like that was a bit too much. Walls are super thin, some inconsiderate guests were there as they are everywhere unfortunately.

Great staff, reception , housekeeping , and Bartender friendly and professional,clean facilities good food, the room is very spacious clean comfortable. I liked the set up of the room very much.

The lobby smelled like farts and sewer gas. It was a terrible smell for such a nice hotel. It seems as something is backing up the sewer gas in the reception area and restaurant / bar.

Room large and clean, v comfortable bed , 2 miles from airport taxi cost $15 , breakfast was buffet and good selection also given vouchers for breakfast due to airport shuttle not turning up to pick us up

Airport shuttle should have turned up as rung from airport when we landed after waiting 40 minutes got a cab we were exhausted after a 10 hour flight this was not good but Receptionist at hotel apologised and gave us free breakfast vouchers which we appreciated
