The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of shopping and eating options right at the doorstep. The hotel also has tie ups with famous eateries that will deliver their famous breakfasts to you in the morning, saving the hassle of travelling to and queuing up like common tourists. There's also the option of having popular snacks like pineapple cakes delivered to the hotel, again saving the trouble of travelling to the different shops and carrying them around the city.

Information from staff on getting to the hotel, especially where I could park to unload my passengers and luggage on arrival, could have been better.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our trip. One thing that really stood out was how easy it was to arrange a private car through the hotel — it made getting around so convenient, especially for sightseeing and airport transfers. Another great touch was their souvenir pre-order service. They helped us order local specialty gifts in advance, so we didn’t have to worry about last-minute shopping. Everything was ready and beautifully packaged when we checked out. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable experience with thoughtful service that really made a difference. I’d definitely stay here again!

Used to stay with them way before Covid hits. I always love staying here cos I like the bed and the spacious room. I pay for additional of NT300 more per night for upgrading from Standard Twin to Deluxe Twin room. They have additional new level at level 4 with more rooms and they also have a laundry area. NT50 for each wash and also NT50 for dryer (about 25mins), laundry powder can buy from the FOH at NT20.

The Toilet especially the Bath area. This time round I find that the shower area has mould around the corner and sides. They used to use better quality bath towels and face towel but this time round I find that the quality of both the face and bath towels are really lousy and rough and there’s one of the day they even provide me with a towel with a big hole on it. I find that the staffs are no longer friendly and as helpful as before and I don’t feel the usual warm welcome I used to have anymore. I think they can do better for the towels and the staffs can do a better job too.

I love the location of the hotel.. it’s actually at the heart of the shopping area .and 7 eleven is just so near and and also train station… They also have a some free snacks for midnight like noodles and hot and cold water for drinking just outside the room .and they also have kettle for boiling water if you get lazy for your morning coffee.and outside you there are also bench where u can sit and relax while waiting for the grab or just want to enjoy site seeing.

Not much.I really enjoyed the experience of the of the first room I booked but the second room I booked wasn’t the same from the first room ..just want more ambient lighting on the second room and hope they can upgrade their lampshade for more better experience .but over all the staff are really good on handling their customers.they even help me to add more lampshade for better experience.thank you guys..really happy on that part as well..Good job!

Fairly clean, due to green efficiency they wont change unless you requested (ala tipid?) and the interior design honestly its (2/5) color lines wallpaper ❌..Room And Cr interior..functional but for a hotel... 😔 (2/5) as long fit budget don't expect more lol. 2. The room lock no secondary lock hook. It kinda not safe for female solo or sister/bff travel. U can get somewhat uneasy about it. Although we tried the lock and beep card no access when locked properly inside. Still..additional or two (2) locks inside is still recommended. 3. No bidet beside water closet 😕.

Inexpensive, walkable from the airport train, and next to busy Ximendeng without being surrounded by it, Muzik Hotel Ximen Station Branch is a great choice for a few nights in Taipei. The staff are friendly and helpful, and all the 3-in-1 instant coffee you want is available for free in the lobby.

The desk in my room was barely large enough for my laptop: no room to put anything else down, or even use the mouse. The rule against putting toilet paper in the toilet is inconvenient and unpleasant. And the late night staff speak little-to-no English.

Our triple room was very spacious, and we loved the shower and Japanese style toilet (with buttons for bidet). Also appreciated the foot bath, and the free snacks and drinks at the reception. Location is also ideal, 5 mins walk from Ximen station exit 6.

The drinks are limited in quantity, and would be out of stock at night time

The staff was very friendly and informational when I checked in late around 1am. They offer other services such as free breakfast, toiletries, and ways to help you get to and from the airport. They have little snacks and complimentary waters in your room, which was great for someone like me who needed it at the time. They also offer 8 hour tours, maps, and places around the city. Great opportunity to take if you’re not really a planner.

My sink’s hole was a bit stuck so the water wouldn’t really go down the drain but it wasn’t a big deal to me, personally.

The location was great! Staff was knowledgable and helpful as I was not very sure with some information. Was surprised with a 3star hotel, the services was quite incoperated even with airport transfer and day- tour package. Enjoyed the stay and would booked again for sure...

If only hotel could improvement on your breakfast menu.... like more varieties of bread choices and in room dine in menu. Raining days older folks would stay in.... More aroma spray or pouches can be placed in the room for more ventalisation, as it is not a daily sanitization for the rooms. Just a 2cent worth comment! Overall, was a good experience!

Location is why you stay at Ximending area. Lots of food and shopping places once you step out of the hotel. I am very pleased that Muzik Hotel has a 24 hours free coffee or tea and bottled water. there were some cookies and croissants in the morning (if supplies last). Overall great stay in Muzik and I want to come back and stay again and I can recommend to friends and relatives. Room was spacious and big bed for 2pax
