I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Extended Stay Burbank Airport, and I can’t say enough about the outstanding service I received from Isabel, the housekeeper. From the moment I arrived, Isabel’s warm and welcoming nature made a significant difference. She was not only incredibly kind but also exceptionally thorough in her work. Every corner of my room was spotless, and it was clear she took great pride in ensuring everything was perfect. Isabel’s attention to detail and genuine care made my stay truly enjoyable. I am so grateful for her exceptional service and kindness during my stay.

Always would prefer larger snack selection of the complimentary to-go breakfast.

carpet in room and in hallways needed cleaning or replacement (with laminate, like the kitchen area) there were a few sticky spots in my room. The elevator(s) need attention, too. I almost got stuck in the one that was operating (2x), and then on my last day/night it was inoperable—and i had to walk up the four flights of stairs to my floor/room.

The staff 100% Joseph , kam , and Melissa , amazing people , you show respect you get it and that’s what I like about good customer service , I love the fact that there’s a microwave and a stove in every room , would like house keeping more than once a week maybe twice a week, but I understand it’s a large facility and has a lot of rooms , & beggars can’t be choosers lol & there’s a Krispy Kreme around the corner !!!!

Free parking was a welcome feature. Location was convenient enough for where we had to be. Establishments for necessities (and more) were easy to get to, especially since we had a car. However, they close relatively early.

The room was advertised to have free breakfast, but they only had coffee 😳 There was a stand for instant oatmeal packs. That's not really the kind of fare you advertise as "free breakfast," but it would have sufficed ( I guess) IF they had any. The stand was empty, and when the staff was asked about it, they said they were out of stock 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Extended Stay really feels like a home away from home! The rooms are large and clean and equipped with kitchenettes and cookware. There is a full sized fridge and stovetop, as well as a microwave. It's a very pet friendly hotel with designated areas for dogs around the property that are well maintained. The hotel itself is walkable to a lot of stores and restaurants, including Target, Staples, Walmart, Sephora, Ulta, REI, Outback Steakhouse, Panda Express, and others. Also, the staff is really nice and friendly. A special thanks to Michael for the exceptional service. He was really courteous and helped me so much checking in and finding my around, I felt so welcome. If you're looking for a convenient spot with friendly service, Extended Stay is it!

The staff was great. Cam was very nice. I love that parking is free.

The room i got was outdated. The shower was chipped, the sink in the restroom & shower were loose. The window didn't close. The carpet was very very dirty. I got a King size bed, but only had 2 pillows.

The staff , from the cleaning staff to the front desk , I was made to feel like a human which will always make me come back here , I was treated with respect no matter what , thank you KAM & MELLISSA , both of you deserve a raise

The man at the front desk who helped check me in was extremely friendly and accommodating. I wish I remembered his name because he was awesome. The room was very comfortable, and I highly enjoyed my stay.

I can happily say there wasn't anything about my stay that was unpleasant or that I wish to change. Everything was great and I am very pleased with how it went.

Shout out to JOSEPH. , from the first day I arrived he’s gone out of his way to make sure my stay is comfortable , and I really appreciate his kindness, very pleasant man and a hard worker

It's quiet and clean and love that theirs enough towels n microwave

I asked for a room in first floor they said it was possible to make thay accommodation but they gave me a room at the fourth floor
