I stayed at Tsessbe Guest House for an overnight stop during my travel trip, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff with happy, smiling faces—it instantly made me feel at home. The rooms were exceptionally clean, neat, and had a touch of luxury. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious shower, which came fully stocked with shower gels and essentials. DSTV was available for entertainment, and the property offers ample parking with multiple convenient entrances. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the genuine hospitality from the staff. Highly recommended!

Loved the close proximity to restaurants and a shopping centre as well as a stone throw from the highway. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room is spacious and large bathroom. Neat and clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds and enough cupboards too.

There were a few small issues with the room but it was immediately attended to when communicated. Very helpful staff. A suggestion is to bring in a separate small table into the room, suitable in height, to use for a laptop or seperate coffee station.

My stay at Tsessebe was excellent. Very good place, neat in and outside. Friendly staff.

Always when I'm visiting Free State it will be my home. I even view the area to look for houses for sale. I doubt if there is crime in that area. Very quiet except vehicle because is next to the highway and there is nothing they can do about that.

The apartment was very nice, cozy, and CLEAN!! Sybil's Ubuntu and her exceptional customer care.

Nothing, we went to Bloem for our nephew's funeral and spent our time at the family house.

The receptionist Sybil was awesome!! I also liked the location of the place.

I know it was not possible to have our rooms close to each other, but it would have been nice.

No breakfast included. Good location - Spur nearby. The luxury double room was very well equiped for making some food. The host was very helpfull and friendly. Perfect for a overnight stay.

The family room was not well equiped. In the family room there was only a kettle and 4 mugs and glasses, coffee/tea station as well as a bar fridge and microwave but I couldn't see any utensils.

near the highway so you hear the cars passing by constantly, but we did not spend much time at the location so it wasnt that distracting

Location okay, not far from N1.

We only stayed one night on our way back to Cape Town. We checked in late and left very early. Sybil was so helpful and friendly. The place is amazingly well kept and comfortable. We will use the place again if in the area.

The place is close to the highway. For us, it was a benefit as we had a long day of travel and did not want to look for a place closer to the city. Someone who is a lite sleeper may struggle, however. For us it was not an issue at all, the kids also slept very well.
