Hotel was well located and good facilities! The staff were very welcoming, I had reserved without breakfast but just for Eid they gave us next day breakfast! The room was cleaned and quiet , the bed were comfortable and the space quite good! The food for breakfast was very good, diversity and clean! They had a gym and a pool Used them both , I like the fact that they had that small space to workout!

The only thing that it made me uncomfortable it was the cigarette smell that came maybe from other rooms through ventilation! The pool wasn’t too big , not very comfortable seats and maintenance but the view was great !

the hotel is beautiful inside and out, the staff in the restaurant are very nice and I like that I could use the pool to swim and sunbathe even though it only opens from 10am. The location is good, overall good value for price

The staff at the reception didn't speak English, also in the room they didn't change my towels or clean the room, and when I ran out of water, I tried to call the reception, but they turned off the phone in the room. I called them from my personal phone in the evening they didn't answer and in the morning when I got them they hung up on me twice when I spoke to them in English. At the reception they don't speak English and they don't try to communicate with you, that's the part that I consider unprofessional and that I personally didn't like, everything else is for recommendation.

I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the night shift manager, Mr. Waleed. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, as he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not only comfortable but memorable. His proactive approach and readiness to assist with any concerns made a significant positive difference to our experience.

The room was cozy and clean. I stayed for 2 days and i enjoyed it, jacuzi was amazing❤️

All was ok but one thing i dont like when i requested something like bathrobe it took like one hour before they delivered in my room. One thing also i don't like was when this housekeeping entered my room to check if there was bathrobe inside he was staring at me like very near and it was very uncomfortable, he should keep his distance from a woman when he talk that's a sign of respect.

The staff excellent and the rooms are spacious, clean. Underground parking and quick checkin and checkout. More of a family hotel.

The location wasn’t very helpful to visit clients at Al khobar, a bit far. The breakfast wasn’t really good. A filter or a coffee machine would have done the job. The coffeeshop at the reception needs to be handed to a professional team as it is a loss of valuable space. Could be much better and much more profitable.

The Blanket Cover & at my previous visit I don't like the behaviour of Saudi receptionist who dose not know how to speak English & Rude with Non-Arabs, as I have seen they very polite talking with Arabs guests.

Hotel Staff, Reception, Ambience, House Keeping, Swimming Pool all these facilities are excellent and very hygenics atmosphere..

These property is not less than 3 star facilities, only Breakfast was missing which should be added with nominal charges on daily bases...

I had a comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. The facilities were good and everything was clean and well-maintained. I would especially like to thank Miss Haya at the reception – she was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Her support made our stay even better.

. Cafes and restaurant surrounded the location, staff are great and kinda helpful.

You should enhance your services, according to that I ordered to cleanup my room before I leave with my family to picnic and they didn't do it. Also, the check out time is too early, we were asked to leave at 12 PM extended to 1! Hotels are known to leave at 2 PM or 2:30 maximum.

Hotel is good for everyone including solo traveler too. Staves are friendly, specially night duty guy (I couldn't get his name). Overall hotel is excellent. I wish to recommend others too.

There is no bell boy / desk staff to carry the luggage. Housekeeping service need to improve
