Many supermarkets nearby, and close to public transport stations (trains, trams and buses). Almost everything used in your daily life is available, like pots for cooking, small soaps for dish machine, wash liquid etc. you don't need to buy anything and just live like in your own house.
No vacuum cleaner available, it could be big task to clean the floor if you live for many days, especially with kids. The garbage bag provided is too small and if you fill the bin full the bag couldn't be tied shut, so I had to buy some bigger ones for daily use. Garbage collection is not clearly stated. I don't know where to put garbage bages untile asked the receptionist and neighbors.

Property was good, staffs were very nice.
Initially they gave us a room on another building which has swimming pool, but that room was on third floor without any outside city view at all. Lounge and kitched was on third floor and for bedroom you have to take long stairs down to go down where the second room has not windows at all ano air conditioner at all. We than requested the manager at reception to give us another room and he gave us a room on 7th floor on the building which has reception. This apartment has better view and has windows and much brighter and safer for kids- much much better than the initially provided one. I don’t think anyone else could have stayed on the initial apartment given to us.

This was a great apartment for our stay in Melbourne. It was clean, had good amenities, and was in a good location. You can catch the tram just around the corner on La Trobe. Coles grocery store is about a 12 minute walk. We had a great view from our balcony. We like to prepare some of our own meals, and they provided little packets of salt and pepper which is a tiny thing but we really appreciated it!
It had a comfy king size bed, which was awesome, but that pretty much took up the entire bedroom.

The place was absolutely beautiful. we had the 2bed 2 bathrooms for 3 adults and 4 children and included the sofa bed, so there was plenty of room for us. The facilities were top-notch big fridge washing and dryer but there were clothes horses to dry clothes. The deck had the best view for the New years Eve fireworks it was absolutely amazing. The pool was excellent, including 4 saunas and a gym, just wow! I am definitely booking again for the new year we loved it.. thank you so much, Spencer apartments.
There was not one thing we didn't like. I would just say book its fantastic and they have two buildings so lots to offer

it was very comfortable, we felt super safe there and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. Japs and his team are always great! I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
where we were we felt like we had to keep the blinds closed all the time. there were lots of neighbours, it was a little uncomfortable sitting on the balcony and having no view(we were boxed in) but other than that, it was great! ya get what you pay for lol maybe a little extra! we did get 2 bedrooms even though we only paid for a 1 bedroom apartment.

Apartment was well thought out with heaps of storage. The apartment was well lit with natural light and comfortable for the two of us. Less than 10 minutes walk to Southern Cross Station, DFO, Victoria Markets, City Centre and public transport. Location of apartment was reasonably quiet even though it was opposite the fire station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced Restaurant one block away with good food.
Sofa had white marks on it. When converted into a bed it sank in the middle. Fortunately I was sleeping on my own and kept to the edge. Baking tray in oven wasn't clean. Saucepans needed some cleaning on the inside. Overall, it wasn't too bad I'm just a bit OCD. Wouldn't put me off staying again.

The staff always try their best to solve every issue we encountered during rye stay. The parking is the most competitive around the city. I extended my stay at a very reasonable price. Overall, it is a good value for a service apt at CBD area.
There is no aircon/heater in the sleeping bedroom. Wall and window are so thin that you can hear to the wind and neighbour music. When we first checked in, there was still a left over towel hanging in the bathroom. Blanket was not properly folded and store with bad odor. Floor was very dusty and strong cigarettes smell all over the room. The kettled bottle was so dirty that i have to ask for a replacement. It iwas really a walk to free tran zone considering it is winter. Plus the fire department is right infront of the window and made strong noise in the middle of the night for most of the night.

The apartment provided is actually located at Batman Street under Flagstaff Apartment. It is a good location, near to Southern Cross Station for Skybus ride to and from Airport. Also, Queen Victoria Market and Aldi supermarket are just few minutes walking distance. Very handy for tourist visiting for few days. Need keys to unlock main glass door and lift to level staying so quite safe. Staff were able to accommodate baggage storage while we explore on our last day in Melbourne till 6pm.
The water pressure for the bathroom a bit low, thus shower not that great. The sink at toilet a bit clogged and toilet door handle a bit loose. Not a big issue can bear with that for few days.

Location was a bit far from the CBD. And not well lit up so I had trouble locating it on the first night. Some aspects of the room were needing painting- patches of undercoat on walls, fixtures in small Bathroom falling off. Loved the washing machine. Staff very accommodating- sofa bed was very uncomfortable so the staff brought up a portable bed. $200 deposit was expensive. Please email me to confirm refund. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Location is good. Walking distance to queen Victoria market and spencer outlet which also has a big Coles next to it which is where you can get the tram and it is within the free tram zone. We got the apartment in the new building so everything were new and still in good condition. Bed is very soft, didn't really know how to operate the air-condition but there is one portable heater in one of the room to use. Kitchen utensils is available and also all toiletries are provided too. Internet is good too. Our view was facing the Victoria harbour.
The only issue we have is the washing machine supposed to be can operate as dryer too but ours the heat doesn't seem to work. Everything else is good.
