A beautiful hotel with nicely decorated common areas, full of local greenery, and a pleasant pool. The apartment was comfortable, with elegant furniture and a large, convenient bathroom. The living and dining areas were enjoyable, with a spacious terrace. We easily prepared our own breakfasts and dinners at the apartment. Close to sandy beaches with lifeguards, umbrellas, or shade from nearby trees, with small waves and a pleasant depth, making water fun accessible for both strong and weak swimmers. Several shops in close proximity. Bus stop to go to the city centre right in front of the hotel. Another major plus was the staff: everyone was very kind, cheerful, and extremely helpful (they assisted us in purchasing tours and finding the right buses). I highly recommend it!

We were on a budget and stayed in a family one bedroom apartment (2 adults, 2 teens) in the annex away from the main hotel. I honestly don’t think you could get better value for money - it is basic but has everything you need, it was spotlessly clean and they make up the room every day including fresh towels and empty bins. The pool (there’s also one at the main hotel as well) was fantastic, a large, deep pool with a small shallow pool for younger kids, both pristine and there’s a life guard at all times. I didn’t mind the opening hours 10am-6pm - it stopped bed grabbing at silly o’clock and we never struggled to find space by the pool. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel was amazing! The views, the large rooms, the pools, the beautiful layouts. We had half board and the food was sooo good - huge portions and great taste. But, most of all, our stay was great because of the staff. They did everything to make us happy - the staff at front desk, the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff (a special thanks goes here for Amina - who was magical - her energy, enthusiasm and willingness to help were great). The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Golden beach - a blue flag beach with amazing sand, shallow water for a large portion and even snorkeling area near the rocks at the end of the beach. Free parking near the hotel. Chania at 10 minutes by car or bus station right in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was quite basic, with everything the same every day We took a taxi to the hotel from Chania centre and the driver dropped us off in front of the third building, where the larger pool is located. There, we found a note saying 'reception services in Anais holiday building' but no description on how to get there. It is just down the stairs and then across the street, but we were very confused and wasted about 15 mins trying to find the Anais holiday building.

The family room was spacious and nice. 2 swimming pools, good hotel restaurant with dicious food, greek taverna nearby and very helpful hotel staff, thank you! The location is in the suburb of Chania, 15 min by bus, once we took 40 min walk along the beaches enjoying different sea views. It was nice! We took several excursions in the hotel, good organization and highly recommended to see the nature and culture of the island. The room was equiped with all kitchen facilities, cleaning of the room every day. Thank you for nice services and relaxing stay!

Great location near the beach, not far away from the old town, the bus station also so close, supermarkets a couple minutes from the hotel. Two pools available from 10 am to 6 pm, the beach is one of the best beaches to swim, and the stuff are really nice and helpful , the are available 24h.

We booked two rooms, both of them are really nice and clean but one of them had weird smell in the toilets. The room service cleaned it every day and the smell gone for minutes and then back. I guess the smell from the pipes but still the toilets clean to use.

Such friendly staff. Amazing atmosphere, decor. Our room was a whole 2 floor house, nicely all new decoration, with a beautiful view in a sea of flowers and the mountains. Good food and prices. We had take away every evening. You can see the beach from the hotel.. a few minutes walk. My son got his first valuable surf lessons and I chilled on the sunbeds. Then we had lunch at the restaurants around, milkshakes and back gammon for desert with the stunning view of the bay. Also the bus is just outside, takes you to Chania with ease. Such a beautiful ancient town and harbour, filled with cool atmosphere and delicious food. My son went gokarting. You just call, free transfer. All in all a wonderful memorable hotel and surroundins for vacation.

Eva at reception was exceptionally helpful. 2 swimming pools. the larger one in the more private section was very relaxing exceptionally clean. varied and full breakfast short walk to lovely beach 45 mins walk to Old town Chania or bus stop right outside the hotel upgraded to a very spacious apartment without delay after first night, by Eva, as our room was noisy and in main area where privacy was an issue loved it . would definitely recommend

minor issues: 1. night flood lights shinning in through kitchen window making it difficult to sleep. unable to close bedroom door to block light as A/C was in kitchen and bedroom became too hot. 2. bedroom cupboard draws were stuck. cupboards could do with an upgrade

Very positive and helpful stuff, two swimming pools, good breakfast, beautiful and clean rooms. The hotel is only 300 m from the beach.

The breakfast time is from 8 till 10. It would be good if it starts some earler so that you can better make some long travels. The pillows was some hard. Room cleaning is each day, what is good, but if you don't need that and hang up "do not disturb" table on your room door, they clean your room anyway :D

The Suite, the surroundings, a lot of plants, flowers around and above the building. The appartments were ín a tropical garden. Big space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two terracces. High quality materials, a lot of stone inside. Nice staff. Change the textiles during the four nights. Cleaned every day. Abundant and delicious breakfast. Normal size plates and glasses. Fast service if you want something. Close to Chania city center, only 3 kms by foot, but outside the city. Close to the sea, only 100ms the beach. Enough parking area. Close to shops and supermarkets.
