The communication from Pietro even before we arrived was excellent. He greeted us warmly and shared more information about the hotel and Siena. We enjoyed listening and learning. B&B Il Corso was stunning. The finish was incredible with high quality products that complemented the traditional features in this old and beautiful property. The lounge and terrace were great places to relax. The location could not be better. A stones throw from the main square. As our room was on the back it was very quiet.

We only wish we could have afforded a bigger room!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is amazing, and the room was not only beautiful and stylish but also exceptionally clean. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the apartment was equipped with everything you might need for a short stay—shampoo, towels, and more. Communication with the host was excellent, which made the whole experience even better. One of the highlights for me was the 24/7 access to sparkling water, coffee, tea, and other refreshments. I highly recommend this place!

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the historic centre, just steps from Piazza del Campo. The B&B is beautifully maintained with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spotless and comfortable with beautiful wooden beams. Pietro, the host was incredibly helpful, offering great tips for exploring the city and nearby restaurants. His hospitality truly elevated our stay. B&B Il Corso is a real gem – stylish, welcoming and perfectly located for exploring Siena. We would absolutely stay again!

The location is perfect, just steps from the piazza del campo. The room is nice and just what we needed. Pietro is a very helpful host. We rented a car so that we could explore the area, and he sent us a lot of helpful information about parking (since the B&B is in the ZTL, there is no parking nearby). We went to several of the restaurants that he recommended and they were all delicious.

The wifi didn't work in our room so we had to go into the common area when we needed to use wifi.

What an amazing little B&B. It's right in the town center. Behind the Piazza del Campo. We parked our car in the car park ,,Il Corso", which was a 15 min walk away and 35€ for 24h. There is no parking in the city center. The rooms in the B&B are spacious, modern and very clean. Breakfast in the Cafè Nannini is included and only a short walk away. The breakfast is very good. The staff sent some restaurant recommendations in advance and even though some of them were closed as it was Sunday we found an open Osteria, they recommended and the food was excellent. Clean and friendly B&B located in a street just a stones throw from Piazza del Campo. Pietro is an outstanding host and so friendly and helpful , really did give a great welcome. If i was to be really picky it would be good to have tea / coffee making facilities in the rooms - although these are available in a communal relaxed space. Being English we love our black tea and unfortunately this wasn’t available among the extensive selection of other teas. Our room was compact but spotless and with good amenities , it did seem smaller than other rooms that we saw while walking past but we only used it as a base so it’s no deal breaker. Breakfast is not provided on site but at a coffee shop a few doors up, we didn’t find the staff here particularly friendly on our first visit but the following day the welcome was quite different and made up for the previous day. Breakfast consists of a croissant , small sandwich , hot drink and fruit juice - this quality was good and quantity more than adequate but could cause some issues if you have a gluten intolerance as there didn’t seem to be an alternative to the pastries/ bread - we could have informed the B&B in advance so they can’t be faulted for that. Pricing was reasonable considering the location. Would i stay here again - absolutely yes !

Amazing location in the city center. It was very quite despite the location. The room was clean and cosy, the staff was very friendly. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check out.

Nothing Just be aware that there is no parking in the city center, so we had to walk with our luggage about 10-15 minutes

The location is THE BEST! You are within walking distance to everything you need in Siena. I was concerned that it might be too noisy being in the middle of everything but the apartment had thick, noise-blocking windows. Also, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the best we’ve had during our travel in Italy plus Pietro and staff were so helpful! If you are driving to Siena , I highly recommend you book the valet service, it’s just so easy and stress free.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of all the tourist sites in the pedestrian zone. The hotel has modern facilities in an old character building. Staff/owners were very helpful, showing us the complimentary tea, coffee and water, and offering to look after our bags after checkout. We had 4 double rooms, one had a small balcony, and all were very clean and comfortable.

We liked everything!

The location, on one of Siena’s main streets, close to restaurants, sight-seeing and shopping, is ideal. Pietro, hotelier extraordinaire, is simply outstanding his helpfulness, warmth and courtesy. He suggested excellent places to eat, made numerous reservations for us and even sorted out getting us reimbursed for a laundromat machine that wasn’t dispensing soap. Finally, our room was spacious, well-appointed and very clean thanks to Natalia who so capably looks after the housekeeping.

With our room having windows opening onto a busy pedestrian street, noise at night required us to close our windows a couple of nights when we first went to bed.
