I loved the holiday decorations throughout the hotel, gave things such a festive touch! I also loved that all of the staff were so helpful and attentive. Lastly, the SeaHill Spa is amazing! One of the best spas I have ever been to.

The rooms were clean, but could have been better I terms of some areas were not clean, such as the door mirror. Also, the refrigerator within my room was leaking and not totally functional. There was also black mold that appeared around the ceiling and upper wall vents which is unsafe especially for someone like me who has Asthma and is concerned with air quality. Lastly, the television is very basic and doesn’t even allow casting functions from a cellphone or electronic device so I can watch a streaming service, which should be a common amenity for the nightly cost associated with these room types.

it’s a beautiful property, recently renovated, the lobby is gorgeous. We stayed in a king, suite and it was fantastic.

I think the service is not great. Before we came, we called and emailed the spa and also tried to message the business a couple times without response. We ordered room service and it never came.

My husband and I celebrated our mini-honeymoon here and have loved every minute of it. Everyone has been so kind, helpful, and accommodating. They even comped our breakfast!!

That it’s too nice and relaxing and makes me not want to go home haha!

Beautiful room decorated with historic memorabilia - outside sitting areas comfortable - grounds impeccable - had dinner two times at the hotel both very different vibes (Hunt Club and Becca) very good. Staff friendly and always ready to assist.

We arrived a bit off season for the beach though it was warm enough to enjoy the beach but we had to provide our own chairs and towels…which we had brought along but it would have been easier to have them provided

What a beautiful hotel and very nice staff. It was beautiful, clean and welcoming. I went with my husband and kids, we all liked it, my younger son didn’t even want to leave. The hotel is close to the beach less than 5 mins walk, there’s a beach club with a pool and access to the bed. The indoor swimming pool at the hotel. Let’s just say we were never short of something to do.

There were a lot of flies at the restaurants in the hotel, Becca as well as the beach club restaurant Tulu , which made it sometimes nearly impossible to eat or give up eating cause flies landed on your food or drink. Other than that, we loved every bit of our stay.

Everything. The history of the place had me wanting to stay here since I moved here as a teen. I was so glad to finally get to stay the night in this amazing place. The staff treated us wonderfully and everything was beautiful and comfortable.

it was magical. it was absolutely beautiful, clean and the delicious cookies they gave you every night was just wonderful. The lunch service was exceptional. This Hotel is very good for a solo I felt VERY safe. The Marriott is just a short walk away and you can use all the amenities there and charge to your room when dining at any of there restaurants. Everyone should meet Missy a server at TULU, she was just so pleasant. Jonathan at ORION’S was so nice I went back for another lunch. At the Cavalier Hotel restaurant BECCA, for lunch Michael, R. just made my stay so satisfying. I will definitely stay at this amazing hotel again. My lovely suite was so fabulous that I’m going to decorate my Manhattan apartment some what like the Elegant CAVALIER HOTEL in Virginia Beach Anita Trottman

Hotel charm, staff, restaurants, beach club were all excellent. I hope to come back next year.

The TV didn't have netflix. Maybe by next year you will install it.

My mom and dad went here on their honeymoon so it was a bit of a sentimental journey. Hotel is beautiful!

We request 2 queen beds but were given one king instead. They did upgrade us to a suite.

Lovely old building with a lot of history. The Christmas decorations were fantastic.

The use of the spa (which we were entitled to for staying at the hotel) was a hassle. You have to book in two very specific slots (11am and 4pm), you didn’t get a locker, you could only use some of the facilities, and it generally felt like an annoyance to the spa staff, who clearly want to prioritise spa clients. However, it was impossible to find a spa slot to book in the 4 days we were there.
