Location is convenient to walk to all the old town attractions. We got the front Deluxe room. Very nice with attached bath, however there are street noises but it’s ok as it’s not a busy road. The private car park is really an added value as getting a car park is difficult in Ipoh. The room is well lit.

The toiletries could be better. The toilet seat is too small for the bowl, should get a suitable size. There is no suitable lounge area for relaxing and to enjoy the heritage building.

Very nice hotel in the midst of Old Town Ipoh. The rooms are as advertised, with exposed brick walls, TV and bed. Our room had an ensuite bathroom, which had a brand new instant hot water heater that worked great. Clean and comfortable! The shared bathrooms in the hallway looked nice and well maintained (even though we didn't need to use them). Great location to for easy walking around old town or over the bridge to the new town.

We had an issue with a few mosquitos getting into the room. Not quite sure how they got in considering we didn't have a window that opened in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay in this quaint old building with a lot of history. Good location, with shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed in room 10 that had lovely big windows which let in an abundance of light. The room was minimalistically decorated but suited the room which has old brick walls. Very friendly staff, complimentary refills of water in a very nicely decorated lounge. Highly recommend this place.

The property was in an excellent location, close to the centre. The building has been thoughtfully restored and our room had everything we could need. The air con was very efficient. The owner was very friendly, and helpful with tourist advice. Great value for money too!

The location was great. The hotel was basic but fine. I liked the open brick aesthetic.

We did not see any staff, cleaners or other guests except for check in and check out. The reception desk was unmanned the rest of the time. The room was not cleaned during the 3 night stay.

The room is spacious. They provided free parking for their guests (but I think it is limited). The room is clean and the common area is well decorated.The location is near to Concubine lane & ipoh park. Walking distance to the Ipoh train station too.

I think it is just Ipoh in general, but the place can get a little too quiet at night.

Lovely heritage property in central location in old town Ipoh, very clean rooms and bathroom, the corner room we had overlooked the Main Street and let in a lot of light. There is also a common area, though it was set deep inside the property on the first floor, so we didn't notice it at first. Friendly staff!

There could have been more surfaces to lay things in the room and the bathroom—an additional table or shelf would have really helped!

The place was clean and comfortable. Fill very secure with a door lock. We check in 2pm. The staff very nice women. Thank you assist us. The toilet very big and clean. The vibes very nice

Everything was very good. But need to put one small fridge to storage a good. We buy some food to eat but cannot storage because did not have fridge

The male receptionist. He's supposed to hold his conversation with whoever it is on the phone and quickly attend to my check-in process first, but he didn't! He took almost 15 mins just to complete my booking and left me standing there clueless with my baggages. Very slow process! And after I settled in, I ordered a GrabFood and went down to pick my order and guess what I found? THE VERY SAME RECEPTIONIST WIDELY OPENED THE HOTEL ENTRANCE GLASS DOOR AND HE WAS FREAKING THERE, IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE, SMOKING! SMOKING WITHOUT CLOSING THE DOOR?? My nose is really sensitive to cigarette smoke and this made my mood went worse. And not to forget, there was one morning, he was talking loudly in front of the rooms' aisle
