The pool was lovely but very cold. Enjoyed the spa. Apartment had everything we needed Bed was comfortable Noise levels were minimal eg couldn’t hear building next door, music from town was faint on Fri/Sat night.

Cold pool Cupboards were broken in kitchen & lacked storage space Very strong chemical smell used for cleaning apartment triggered my asthma for first 24 hours Wind caused something to bang on wall of main bedroom which made it hard to sleep one night. Location of bath tap in shower over bath was a hazard when showering

Friendly staff - fast response & guided us well for after-hours check-in. Good location. Located near shops & eateries. The Cowes jetty is located downhill. Very spacious. Love our room as it provided us sufficient space for kids to play as well. Had washing machine, dryer & microwave so it feels like home. Our room had direct access to the pool area too. Really had a pleasant stay here. Very happy with it.

Two water pipes in the toilet with a bathtub were not working. The hot water system in the shower area had issues - need to keep adjusting while bathing.

I was greeted by a lovely gentleman when checking in. The process was easy. There were quite a few steps to our ground floor apartment, which made it a challenge to carry up our suitcase. The apartment was lovely and also clean. We had a two bedroom apartment. It had one toilet and two showers, which was a bit weird. There was no TV in the master bedroom, which would have been nice. There is construction going on right next door and they started at 7am, so no chance for a sleep in, but that isn't the accommodation's fault. Check out was easy, we just put the key in the drop box as reception wasn't open yet. Beds were really comfy. Apartment was quite cold eve with the heater on, because of a big gap at the bottom of the door. We'd stay here again.

The staff replied enquiry within short period of time, and quite helpful. We would arrived at the apartment later than office hour and so they arranged contactless check-in, which was smooth. Our neighbor was having a gathering and when we entered the apartment, basically we could not hear their noise. kitchen is equipped, and there was dishwashing detergent provided. Washing machine and dryer in the one of the bathroom. Enough towels provided and bed is comfortable for me.

I believe our unit on the 3rd floor was recently renovated. The management team was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook for a family of four. Good quality fridge, stove, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, kitchen utensils, dining table and sofa. The washing machine and dryer were a bit dated but in good working condition. Good quality bath/shampoo gel. The apartment was very clean. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The accomodation was clean with great facilities, it was also in a great location. The kitchen and laundry facilities were good and were great for our family vacation.

Some of the apartments partied away until the early hours of the morning on several nights.

The rooms need a spruce up, with paint peeling off doors and a little dated BUT they did the job. Close to absolutely everything you may need and the beach down the road is stunning. We checked in on a public holiday, so didn't meet any staff BUT no doubt they are amazing too.

Pool could have done with a clean and the rooms could do with a refresh.

Clean and comfy rooms. Very close to the main tourist area near the beach which is only like 10 minutes walk and the rooms was a good size and the reception staff was super nice. A lovely Thai property manager was very helpful when our bathroom door lock was not working - thanks!

Reception staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. Apartments were spacious and spotless. The beds were so comfortable I had the best night sleep. The location was excellent i could walk everywhere that i needed. Couldn't fault the wifi and the smart tv was great, we watched a movie on netflix after we had a lovely BBQ by the pool which looked gorgeous at night with all the lights.

Requested a poolside room with a balcony and they happily accomidated promptly. Also an earlier check in time. Good location, close to town centre and beach. All a short walk away.

Nothing. Everything was fine. Perhaps some more cleaning products would be good. Also some cleaning products for the BBQ would be good also.
