I spend 2 weeks in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, lived in a different hotels including 5 star Atlantis The Palm. I was really surprised by the level of service in Ecos Dubai Hotel at Al Furjan. It’s too high for 3 stars, it’s close to 5 stars and I’m serious. The staff works hard and attentively to make the guests' stay better. Breakfast excellent too. A large, bright restaurant area with panoramic windows awaits you. Breakfasts are served in a positive and cheerful atmosphere. The dishes are varied, a very good choice for a 3 star hotel. I actually saw a similar choice of dishes in a 5 star hotel in Abu Dhabi. I recommend Ecos for leisure and business trips.

An Unforgettable Stay, Thanks to Nura’s Kindness! ❤️ What I loved most about my stay was the amazing receptionist, Nura. Her beautiful smile, kindness, and warm heart truly made my experience special. From the moment I arrived, her genuine care and hospitality made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. The hotel itself is clean, luxurious, and provides an incredibly comfortable environment. The attention to detail is evident in every corner. And the breakfast? Absolutely delicious! The variety and quality of the food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you, Nura, and the entire team for an exceptional experience. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to come back!

Only few things that were missing in the services as following: 1. There was no desk or table in my room for me to work on my laptop. 2. There was no hotel slippers to be used in the pathroom or inside the hotel specially the swimming pool. 3. The room was awesome and cool but the capacity and the area space in the room is very small, it was narrow and not wide enough. Otherwise, I love everything thing and I would stay at this hotel always.

Upon arrival I requested the room 69 and I was furious when told it does not exist in the hotel. However then a U-turn: I was re-assured by the Israa (at reception) that the room will be built exclusively for me in less than 24 hours. I was shocked. Beside the joke the story resembles the extra effort and going beyond and further for their guests. A big shout to Israa and few other colleagues in hotel. Warmly recommended place to stay.

The elevator repairs and the “construction” site didn’t look good - could be better.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel ECOS! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. A special thanks to Tanjim, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference. Whether it was recommending great local spots or ensuring every request was met promptly, he made my experience unforgettable. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a five-star experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Hotel looks really nice with swimming pool, shuttle bus one time/day at 10 am from the hotel to the marina beach or Al Furjan metro station. For me, all of staffs in hotel are very friendly and helpful when we request for anything.

It’s quite far to the center. It takes around 1 hour to get there by metro and bus (bus F45 is 300 m from the hotel with almost every an hour for frequency). If you miss one, have to wait for another one after an hour. However if you take taxi, it would be fine. In addition, it’s quite noisy in the night because hotel near to the highway and maybe my room is on that side :).

I stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed. The value I received for the price was exceptional. The rooms were clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the entire atmosphere was calm and relaxing. At one point, I needed to change rooms, and the staff assisted me right away without hesitation. They’ve been consistently accommodating throughout my stay. This is now my favorite place to stay in Dubai. The only downside is that the location might be a bit far for those who don’t have a car. However, that wasn’t an issue for me as I have an electric vehicle—and the hotel offers free EV charging stations, which is a big plus. All in all, for me, this is the best hotel in Dubai.

Contemporary design, modern rooms, relaxed vibe. The value for money was excellent, and staff were also friendly.

For a new hotel, soundproofing was poor in the rooms. Hard to retrofit for a new hotel, but it is an issue. Note that there is no bar at this property. There are shops, restaurants, and an Irish bar close by if that is important.

I like the vibes for hotel and smart rooms and there is location for using PC and printing also there is playing room but i was not available during my stay. there is a lundery room i liked it also the gym is very good and i like the equipment and space . on each floor there is room for stuff like you need and you can enter to get it by yourself like : shoes cleaning, ironing, Quran ,water boiler , rugs to pray …

the room is so small and bathroom as well. There is no wardrobe in room but there is place to hang clothes. the room service need to improve i asked for some stuff but ignored it.

1. In my room on the 6 floor, that is under the pool, which is on 7 floor, the vibraition and liquid streams sounds are well heard through the day. The the service room are very close to living room. 2. Game room is closed and as per info from the stuff has being closed for half an year and they don't know when it will be opened. 3. One day one strange guy from the stuff tried to sign with me some sort of "additional" agreement, the nature of which is not understandable, it was very noncomfottable 4. I asked for the chair in the room, but my kind request was declined immediately, it is ridiculous, honestly 5. Creepy figures of people made from concrete in the entrance

- friendly staff - good size room which was very clean - nice restaurant in hotel (however service was often quite slow) - large bed which was quite comfortable (pillows could be softer but this is probably personal preference) - often taxis waiting outside so easy to hail a cab - room was bright - good value for money

- the shower would change temperature every 10-20 seconds. I had it on the hottest setting but it would briefly run colder (not freezing, you could stay in the shower) but it was a little annoying - air conditioning worked however I couldn’t seem to adjust the temperature so it was either on & very cool or turned off - location is like a building site however this is not unusual for Dubai
