Great location, close to the station (11 minutes walk) with restaurants and shops close-by. The apartment is very lovely and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing to dislike. We were very unlucky with the transport system as all the trains we took were mostly late or cancelled.

Nice host, she helped us with som directions to the train station and to the city center. Accomondation is 10 minutes walk to the train station and 15 minutes walk to the city center. You can reserve parking spot before the arrival.

Very disappointing. Especially after 3 nights in a lovely and similarly priced apartment in Florence. We made contact about our arrival time and got an acknowledgement from the owner, but then got no information about how to get in. I messaged again, but got no response. I had to phone when I got to the apartment to get the entry code. There appeared to be very little care and attention to details. There was no information or welcome pack, there were dishes in the dishwasher, washing in the washing machine and washing drying on the laundry line. Plates were dirty in the cupboard and assorted cutlery was broken in the drawer. There was a random mismatch of kitchen crockery, cutlery and utensils. The shower randomly ran hot & cold and the WiFi kept dropping out and had to be rebooted. The apartment is also opposite a sports club which had players shouting and noise all 3 nights until midnight. When I contacted the owner about my experience I didn’t receive an acknowledgment of my criticisms, but instead a rebuke about my comments and a suggestion that it was my issue and not to do with the apartment at all. In my personal experience of multiple stays in different accommodation, the 8.8 rating proudly posted in the living room is unwarranted. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. This is the first time I’ve posted a negative review, but I feel compelled, so that maybe other visitors don’t have the same disappointing experience that we had.
