Super Convenient to the strip and easy to get in and out of without the traffic from the strip. Clean. Everything worked; TV, shower, fridge, and microwave. They has soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers in the bathroom. Overall, good stay.
Walls were SUPER thin. We didn’t hear the neighbors on either side of us much, but if anyone was outside we could hear everything they were talking about. Could also hear all cars driving by, especially the bigger trucks and such. We did hear the neighbors TV the first night but not much the other nights, just mainly outside noises.

I loved that this hotel was at the far end of Gatlinburg on the Pigeon Forge side. We could walk outside our room and walk down the strip, but it was also at the very edge of the strip, so it was still quiet and comfortable. The rooms have been updated a little bit. Nothing fancy but very cozy. We I’d say we definitely got a deal. The staff were all very nice. I wish I remembered the name of the woman I spoke with when I arrived and when I extended our stay for an extra day. I booked the wrong date online and she fixed it for me with no issues. The beds were very comfy and they have a full breakfast available in the lobby. Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, etc. I would definitely stay here again.
I really have no complaints. Maybe that there wasn’t an overhead light, but a lot of hotels in the area don’t have one.

The beds were comfy with a bug proof sheet, pillows were super comfy, room was generally clean, we appreciated the room had a mini fridge and microwave. We had a good view and it was SO close to everything, we basically walked everywhere. Trash was secure so not too much worries about bears (however we did see a few while we were there). Pool was refreshing and had a separate area for babies which my son enjoyed and was safe. We LOVED the breakfast bar, we used it every single day!! Incredibly convenient.
Not very many towels in the room, and the towels werent very fluffy or absorbent. The pool was pretty cloudy. I saw some hairs on the bathroom floor from the previous guests. There is a hill in the parking lot which makes it really hard to use a stroller, i would have loved if there was an elevator, or even steps, going from street level to building B. While we had good views from the pool, if we looked out from our room (125) we couldnt really see the mountains because building A was in the way. We also had issues using our access cards for our room for a few days.

We decided to extend our trip two days longer & needed a different place to stay than the cabin we had rented the first two nights. Clarion was available and the pricing was fair for a last minute choice! It’s also way closer to downtown Gatlinburg than where our cabin was, so that was a huge plus to allow us to walk to and from the hotel instead of using Uber or having to drive. The rooms were very comfortable and it was the perfect spot! The room also had a coffee pot & blow dryer which were both a plus!
I don’t think we had any issues!

The room was spacious and well-lit, with modern decor that felt cozy and welcoming. Large windows provided a stunning view of the surrounding area, whether it was a bustling cityscape or a serene natural setting. The location of the room was ideal, conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. As for the bed, it was exceptionally comfortable, with a plush mattress that offered great support. The linens were soft and high-quality, contributing to a restful night's sleep. The pillows were just the right mix of firmness and softness, catering to different sleeping preferences. What I liked most was the combination of comfort and convenience. The room offered a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring, and the bed ensured that I woke up refreshed and ready to start the day. The location was perfect for accessing everything I wanted to see and do, making the entire stay both enjoyable and hassle-free.
at least bathroom need to be the ventilation, otherwise the mirror fogged up quickly, and the room felt a bit humid after showers

The room had all the basics, two wonderful queen beds, TV, Desk, mini Fridge and Microwave The bathroom seemed newly remodeled. The beds were VERY comfortable and the pillows were good. The room was very clean. The location was excellent. We walked to every spot downtown. Breakfast was good..... Many options to choose from. The waffle maker was a plus. I'd stay here again.
The only thing missing was a dresser for our clothes, we only had the small closet with six hangers or so.

The hotel was right next to the splash pad at light #3. We didn't get a chance to swim at the hotel's pool, but our kids stayed cool by playing at the pad before going back to the room. It was also right next to the trolley stop for the purple line. You can ride it to the welcome center and catch the line into Pigeon Forge. We ran out of time this trip, but it is definitely on the list. We were right next to downtown Gatlinburg and walked to the aquarium with a 4 and 2 year old. They loved being able to walk-around instead of stuck driving everywhere.
Our room faced downtown, and we heard loud trucks/vehicles all night long. There were only steep stairs to/for our room. It rained our last day, and those stairs were tricky with 2 toddlers. There were only 2 lights by the headboards (we stayed in a room with 2 queens) and it was so dark. We kept the window open during the day, but we sacrificed our privacy. Definitely needs better lighting.

The staff were very professional and courteous.
The bathroom needs updating, the shower curtain was short, and the water from the shower leaked on the floor. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom kept shifting. The toilet seat was loose, and the shower floor was slippery when you took a shower. Therefore, you will need to put a towel in the shower or wear shower shoes. There wasn't anywhere to place your shower gel or items while taking a shower.

Our stay was great. Staff members were pleasant and quick to and joyfully helped. Breakfast was delicious and dining area was clean. The sink in room 326 didn't drain well. That needs to be fixed. Shower gel needed to be filled very little was in the bottle. There need to be at least (bath up) towel for the shower. Pillows were comfortable, although change the size to make it comfortable and presentation will be so much better.

It was in a beautiful location, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. My kids absolutely loved the pool and with it being right outside of our room, they enjoyed every minute of it. The view from the pool was fantastic and it's walking distance to the strip.
On the day of checkout, we thought the room key had stopped working but I believe the whole electrical thing on the door quit. The lobby employee had to let us back in because it still wouldn't do anything even after they redid my room key. parking sucks but it's the location.
