Lovely view of the golf course from the room. The super king bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. While the bathroom was a little dated, the shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of fruit, yoghurts, cereals, and pastries, plus a hot buffet. You could also order freshly cooked options like avocado and poached eggs or an omelette. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The leisure facilities were a great bonus, and the sun loungers in the little garden off the pool area created a lovely space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

A better fan or air conditioning in the room would have made a big difference. It was unusually hot during our visit, and the room felt quite stifling In the evening.

Fantastic waiting staff; buffet breakfast superb; Lots of available free parking (but check-in parking bit of a lottery). Just a short drive into Tewkesbury itself. Beautiful views from split level dining room.

Lunch and evening dining menu somewhat limited; and was virtually the same for both. Check-in parking bit of a lottery. If you choose to stay in the more modern complex - as opposed to the 'historic' rooms, (we stayed in one of the 'Touch of Class' rooms), be prepared for a long walk to access the dining/lounge area. It's a bit shorter going around the exterior of the building. But not if it's raining! In the same context, there are, for some rooms, 18 stairs to negotiate along several corridors. Not so convenient with suitcases or hand luggage to carry. There are no lifts in the modern complex.

W e had an exceptional overnight stay here. It’s a real hidden gem. The service from reception to restaurant was professional and everyone was so really helpful and friendly. All reallly smartly dressed and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The atmosphere was relaxing and tranquil, the chairs and sofas in public areas are so comfy. We were upgraded to an Opulent room which was absolutely Beautiful. The views from the bay window Over the golf course and Malvern hills were amazing. The bed super comfy and whole room was spotlessly clean. The food at dinner and breakfast was just amazing. Tasty, well presented with good choice. Disabled parking was limited. Although it was no problem to drop bags off and park in car park. Reception staff were really accommodating of my disabled mum to ensure her stay was as easy and pleasurable as possible. As mother and daughter. We made some lovely memories together. Thank you.

A few more disabled parking bays would be useful.

The view from the room over the park was exceptional. Calming, restorative. The cooked breakfast was excellent - very tasty bacon, sausages and field mushrooms. The staff were all delightful, hitting exactly the right note and level of friendliness and engagement. One immediately felt at home at Tewkesbury Park. The exalted location of the property meant there were stunning views in every direction.

It would have been helpful to have had an extra shower beside the pool and another outside to encourage people to shower after using the steam room and the sauna.

breakfast was good - I wish there were some more cut fresh fruit options and one had to pay for a proper coffee as coffee and tea were served out of a flask dinner at the restaurant was excellent if one is okay with the prices room was a great size with lots of storage and very comfortable, but bathroom a bit small and some furniture a bit old and worn corridors and general hotel area a bit chilly, heating was not always on spa was lovely just occasionally overcrowded and a bit messy, also lacked storage for belongings when actually inside the spa walk around the hotel was lovely parking very easy and lots of spaces not a huge amount to do in the area itself but close to Gloucester and Cheltenham

The food was excellent and plentiful and the service was very efficient and friendly. Every space in the hotel was spotless and spacious and warm. Our room, 126 was comfortable . The King size bed was really too big and, my only real complaint-the bath was risky stepping in and out. Better to have a shower cubicle. Views from pretty well every window were fabulous especially from north facing windows down to Tewkesbury and the Abbey. The landscaping team must also be congratulated on maintaining the extensive grounds in very attractive order. We especially appreciated the spring cyclamen rocky bed near the front of the hotel.

The bath.

We visited as a surprise for my partners birthday, had a lovely room with outdoor space looking over the golf course. They left fresh fruit and a card in the room on our arrival, which was a lovely surprise. We took advantage of the facilities rhe gym, pool, the golf range and even table tennis, we had a great time, food was good and drinks a reasonable price.

Overall an excellent hotel, but sometimes lacking in staff at the bars. So may have a bit of a wait.If staff are busy elsewhere, I still would recommend a visit and stay

The grounds of the resort are beautiful, as is the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room was warm and quaint. There was plenty to do and space to relax. The breakfast was good quality and tasty, and the overall appearance of the resort was light, airy and relaxing.

The property was lovely, however although the staff were kind and seemingly accommodating, things were quite slow and we were often kept waiting for 30mins - 1hour for requests to our room and in the restaurant. But this could just be due to it being rather busy for Valentines Day. Overall, our stay was pleasant and welcoming and we would definitely book again in the future.

Wonderful staff, particularly in restaurant. Everything seemed to be done with care and attention to detail, like little smoothies at breakfast. Room beautifully clean and comfortable. All the areas were modern and looked well cared for. Fabulous views. Great leisure facilities. Close enough to Tewkesbury and nice walk into town. Perfect for couples.

Lack of ramps and lifts throughout hotel which meant access difficult for prams and wheelchairs. Drinks a little on the pricey side. Hotel is definitely for couples breaks but not really a hotel for little ones. Pillows on bed were hard.

All very good, although I didn't sample the restaurant or spa/pool. Proximity to historic town of Tewkesbury makes visiting the Abbey easy, the grounds and outdoor seating were good (it was a very warm evening), main roads and motorways are close by so it's easy to get to.

The breakfast was said to be Exceptional but I didn't think it any better than other places I've stayed. It was a buffet service, and perfectly good, and no apparent limit to the number of visits you could make, but the food was not 'exceptional', in my opinion.
