Quirky breakfast very copious and fresh presented in a picnic box, and served what in snow An Irish pub attached to the hotel. Very friendly staff, young and willing to innovate. What could be the only drawback, but not for us, is that there's no lift to the room, but I'm sure a member of staff would help if necessary. There's no private free parking but the town is peppered with paying ones. They are not cheap, but this is the only way if, like us, travelling by car. The hotel located in a small central street is very quiet and 10 minutes walk to the waterfront along what is a wide commercial avenue. The old town is superb with plenty of eateries and cafés. A visit to Mainau island is a must.

Cheaper parking, maybe? but I guess tourists have to pay to keep the town alive

Room was much larger than I expected, with 2 separate bedrooms which was a bonus as I was travelling with my two young children. Great location close to town and easy reach from the parking lot.

There was no elevator and we were on the top floor! Thankfully one of the staff carried my heavy suitcase up for me on arrival. The breakfast could have had more variety and was running low on items when we arrived. There is no parking at the hotel and the nearest parking was extortionate. Expensive for what is is, but in line with Konstanz prices which seem generally high.

The location is perfect, just the city centre, everything very close. The room was big and spacy. The staff was very friendly! I would definitely stay in the same hotel next time I am in Konstanz!

I would add another lamp to the room, the light was a bit dim in total. Also, I would like to have a bigger blanket, the one provided, was a bit too small for an adult, however that is my personal opinion.

The location of the hotel was very nice. It was on a quiet street but close to the centre. The room was large and clean enough. Staff were smiling and helpful. If you want to stay close to the center of Konstanz, it can be a very good choice in terms of price / performance. It was also a nice service that they provided free transportation cards during the stay. There is an additional tax on the day of departure, for your information.

The lack of air conditioning in the hotel and the humid air in Konstanz can sometimes be challenging during the stay. It didn't bother us too much as we got up very early and came back very late. It is a disadvantage that the hotel does not have its own parking lot and that nearby parking lots are expensive.

The hotel is located in the city center of Konstanz. Basic furniture, but comfy beds and close to all the key sights.

As we are traveling with two kids, we asked the hotel to have two rooms close by. Unfortunately, the staff allocated us rooms on different floors (!), which was really inconvenient.

Everything is good because it's close to the city and the parking lot is close, but it's better to avoid the room above room 12. It's a rooftop room, so I bumped my head several times and it can be dangerous. You will be so satisfied if you avoid the rooftop room. Many thanks.

The location was ideal for me, not far from the trains and town centre. Being above a bar, earplugs were provided but I didn't need them - any noise stopped quite early. My room was comfortable and sufficient.

Great breakfast. Well-equipped room with kettle. Clean.

Good breakfast but no effort to prevent germs spreading at buffet. No hand sanitizer in breakfast room. No disinfecting between diners at a table. No spacing between diners. No disinfecting the handles and serving utensils. If one person had corona we could easily have all got it. They also do not warn you the booking cost doesn't cover the tourist tax. They wait til check out to tell you this. Other hotels do tell you this in advance.

Reception and breakfast Staff were amazing. Large clean room with comfortable beds, separate mezzanine bed in family room for kids (or loudest snorer as long as they are short lol). Bar below very well stocked with good tunes and food.

We were on the 3rd floor, which meant the heat was overbearing at times. Two huge fans were provided to combat this. It was 33 degrees, and I am Scottish so probably no bother for others.

The room ia bright and warm. Everything is tidy and clean. The receptionist is really friendly. A bar under the hotel open at night and the atmosphere is good. Just opposite the hotel is a highly rated and tasty restaurant which makes the trip even better.
