We thoroughly enjoyed this little gem of a homestay hotel. We were treated so warmly upon arrival and our rooms were spacious with larger than normal bathrooms and wonderful showers. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was small but clean and refreshing. The location was great, a short walk to the old town and to the lively bars and restaurants, but far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. Be aware that there is no elevator, but otherwise everything was fantastic!

I loved everything about my stay, so much so that I extended it for another week. The host is asolutely amazing. Helpful, accommodating, friendly, very sweet, English well spoken. Also helps with tours/trips/site-seeing activities and shows you delicious local food restaurants to try. There is no elevator, but the host carried my bags upstairs to my room. :) I also checked-in earlier at no extra cost. Perfect for solo-travellers and families. Very quiet, eventhough it is a 5 minute walk from the Old Town and the hustle and bustle. So many restaurants around the villa, so you do not have to walk far for local and affordable food. Tons of Mini Marts around. Lantern boats rides a mere 3 minute walk. Very close to all the bars with live music and great views too. The Lune Centre is also very closeby to watch cultural shows. The pool was really nice and always clean. You can ask the host to position the umbrella over the pool as the pool is directly in the sun in the afternoon. There is also a sunbed to relax on next to the pool. Pool in shade in the morning and late afternoon. The (free) Wifi was fast, never had any problems. They do offer motorbike, bicycle and laundry services at an affordable rate. Free filtered drinking water in the kitchen at the front desk. The aircon I had in my room was powerful. There is also a little fridge that works great. Flat Screen TV with selected channels. Blackout curtains. Rooms are very clean and spacious, big shower with hot and cold water. Fresh towels and housekeeping every day. Definitely value for money. This is my home away from home, I am sad to leave, but I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend.

An incredible experience indeed. The pricing was great value for the location and the quality of the room and amenities. The room was spacious and well decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. What made my stay truly memorable was the exceptional service, especially from Ms. Min, the villa manager. She went above and beyond with her excellent suggestions on how to make the most of my visit. If you're visiting Hoi An, I highly recommend this villa. The prime location, great value, and outstanding service make it a perfect choice.

The location, my room and the host.

I had some confusion with the AC. When I first told the host that it wasn’t cooling properly, she just said that was normal. I thought that was a bit odd, but I let it go. That night, my room was really warm, so I brought it up again. This time, she took action and came to check the AC. It turned out the settings weren’t right, which explained why it was so warm. The remote wasn’t very clear, so I didn’t realize it myself. I had hoped she would have checked it the first time I mentioned it—being proactive would’ve helped. But aside from that, she was very helpful!

This was a nice suite with a comfortable bed. With the windows wide open, it really felt like I was in the heart of Hoi An. Fact is, that while it's very near the tourist area of Hoi An, it's far enough away that the bustle of the tourists doesn't impede the stay here. That bit of a walk off of the main tourist area is enough to dim the din. The staff were really pleasant and made my stay very nice. Because the tourist area isn't really my thing for a long period of time, I wouldn't stay here again, but only for that reason. If I could pick it up and move it next to the rice paddies or something, I'd absolutely stay at the property. If your plan is to visit the shops and restaurants and bars in old town, then this is absolutely a great spot to base yourself from.

What a lovely find! Tucked away on a quiet back street, this place is in the perfect location for exploring the old town. The owners were absolutely lovely—so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the bed was super comfy. We really appreciated having both a fan and air conditioning in the room. There’s also a little shared kitchen downstairs with free coffee and water, which you’re welcome to use—such a thoughtful touch! The pool looked beautiful, even though we didn’t get a chance to use it during our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The location was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. Mi was beyond an amazing host. She can recommend you so much, from things to do and places to eat. I enjoy that there is laundry service and you can rent a bicycle and motor scooter. The beach is only 15 minutes away on bicycle. The room is quiet. Internet was decent. Housekeeper is available to clean and does an amazing job. Beds were a great size. You are right in Old Town.

The shower would get clogged and you had to be careful it didn’t overflow. However, I delt with it instead of telling Mi so perhaps it could have gotten fixed. I just don’t like bothering anyone. Mi is wonderful and I’m sure Mi would have fixed it. Also, the balcony was really small which was not anticipated.

Fab location close to the city centre action but far enough way to be quiet. Staff so lonely and room spotless, great value for money in the most expensive city we went in Vietnam! Pool we only used once on a hot day and was so welcome!

The only thing was that the balcony wasn't really a balcony in our triple room out back - it was 1m x 1m so we couldn't sit out on it together. Some on the front were bigger though so if a balcony is important to you, best to ask!

The property is is easy to reach and perfectly located walking distance from all the tourist attractions. Luckily it's also tucked away in a peaceful lane so you can come back and relax. I had a very large, brightly-lit room with light-blocking curtains, a mini fridge, a TV, an electric kettle and even a hair dryer! The bathroom was modern and everything was perfectly clean. There was good coffee and cold water refills available. The pool was great to hang out at. Mi is the perfect host. She made everything about my stay very easy. She was calm and approachable, and it did take any pressure off me. She has a good network of local contacts and is happy to arrange for you whatever you need. She helped me book my train tickets and arranged a driver to get me there as well. Also, a very cool person to talk to. I would stay here again anytime I'm in Hoi An!

Zero complaints, except I wish I could have stayed longer.
