Had a gorgeous stay here! It’s a beautiful hotel and lovely rooms. Welcomed with a glass of lemonade. The location could not have been any better! Bit of a hill to get to it but then you don’t need to walk up the hill each day to get to the views and main part of Fira so that was perfect. When we left the staff helped us down the hill with our bags on their golf buggy which was lovely. We asked for the beds to be twin and it wasn’t when we got there but we told them straight away and by the time we then got back to our room they had rectified it straight away. Pool bar staff lovely bringing drinks over to us. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay again if I ever come back to Santorini!

We had the pleasure of returning to this incredible hotel for the second time, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. From the perfect location and charming ambience to the attentive staff and delectable food, every aspect of our stay was simply exceptional. Nothing to report. It was a 10/10 for us!!

The breakfast at Aressana was plentiful, with American and many Greek dishes and pastries to choose from. Everything was fresh and delicious and made daily by the kitchen staff. We also had lunch and dinner there, with more limited menus but also delicious. Good-sized room and bathroom, with an excellent shower and a nice patio opening onto a shared pool. The hotel location can't be beat...right at the top of Fira, next to the pedestrian walkway, so very convenient with no major sets of stairs to climb! Some of the best sunsets in Fira are right around the corner!!

One negative was that the mattresses were fairly hard and not very comfortable. They could have used a layer of padding on the beds, which would have made the mattresses more comfortable. Also, there were no drawers for clothing. The desk was nice but would have been more useful if it had included a dresser with some drawers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I can't express enough how much I enjoyed my time there. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of care and attention to detail that went into making this a truly exceptional place to stay especially from the front desk staff. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a perfect blend of modern amenities . The cleanliness was impeccable, and every room was thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort and convenience. The location of the property is also fantastic, close to all attractions, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast is super , traditional Greek food and the service staff are very attentive and Helpful. Lastly, the hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations for local activities . Their hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch that enhanced the overall experience. In summary, this property exceeded all my expectations. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

On arrival Eleni was so welcoming and explained all the ins and outs of our stay whilst we enjoyed a cold towel and lemonade which was just the most amazing welcome and what we all needed after a long day of travelling. The hotel, rooms and pools were amazing. Staff were so friendly and helpful, the food and drink was delicious. I could just go on and on.

Nothing in all honesty, it was beautiful. The only thing that was a pain was getting taxis from the bottom of the hill as it meant you had to walk that hill again coming up which was hard in blistering heat.

we recently stayed at Aressana Spa Hotel & Suites and had a great experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to cliffside views, restaurants, shops, and the local bus system. One of the highlights was the buffet-style breakfast, which was well done and much appreciated. The facilities were quiet and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend Aressana Spa Hotel & Suites.

The balcony was a nice space but lacked privacy with neighboring suites. The swimming pool area was very nice place bask in the sun but the water temperature was too cold to enjoy being in the water.

Very central and easy to walk to restaurants, shops and bars. The famous Santorini sunset can be viewed free of charge just 1 minute from the hotel. We received a very warm welcome, the reception team were super helpful and attentive throughout. They had a brilliant system to keep sun beds free at all times - a very polite note was placed on each sun bed every day stating that unoccupied beds would have any books/towels/personal goods etc removed and placed behind the bar for safe keeping. It worked a treat, there was always a bed available and we were a party of 6.

Everything was wonderful with the exception of the presence of flies around the swimming pool. Fortunately I had some insect repellent with me which I had to keep using. I would have hoped that the hotel would have attempted to address this problem but we saw no evidence of any activity, just acceptance of the problem. We have been in other hotels where they have routinely sprayed to keep inspects to a minimum.

The location is right in the middle of Fira and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Excellent rooms and very comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was good but not great (no omelets for example). The staff are excellent and took good care of us. They even packed breakfast to go boxes for us the day we were checking out as we left pretty early in the morning.

It’s a bit of a maze getting around but thankfully you can figure it out in 1-2 days.

The Hotel was beutiful and spotlessly clean, the location was perfect, within walking distance of the Caldera and the nightlife. The staff were fantastic and so helpful and friendly, they really couldn't do any more to help you. The food was exellent, from the buffet breakfast to the poolside lunch menus. All in all we loved our stay at Aressana hotel and would highly recommend this hotel.

Couldn't find anything we did not like.

Room was comfortable and clean. We had a family room with the private pool and was a stunning room. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Main pool and pool area was very relaxing. Included breakfast and breakfast room were lovely. Location was perfect. Walking distance to main centre and steps from viewing platform for sunset views over the caldera. Definitely take advantage of the airport pickup and drop-off service, small fee but well worth it, especially when you arrive.

Bathroom was a little small for 4 people but a small complaint, not that big of an issue.
