Great hotel with comfortable rooms, an interior and an exterior pool, amazing views, close to the town of Brasov but also to Poiana Brasov. The set up is so thoughtful, you have a beach bag ready with towels so you can go enjoy the pools on your arrival. Really good restaurant a la carte and good breakfast. We will definitely be back!

The only thing that needs improving is the attitude of some of the staff. I was with some friends from abroad and the staff was so rude to them when they went to get some coffee a few minutes past 10:30, when breakfast ends. You could also tell them kindly, with a smile on your face that the service is finished, you don't have to be so aggressive.

The hotel has an excellent location for those who want to rest in a comfortable place, being located in a residential area. The location of the hotel offers an impressive view of Brasov mountain, as well as a panoramic view of the entire city. At the accommodation, the receptionists were very kind and gave us the opportunity to choose the room, so we were allowed an upgrade, at no additional cost, with an attractive view. The breakfast is quite varied and covers most of the needs of tourists. The hotel also has a SPA area - swimming pool, fitness room and sauna. Parking spaces are not a problem, having enough space both in front and behind the hotel. Very high-quality sound insulation. The bathroom was well sanitized. Having reserved 2 nights, the cleaning and change of linen and towels was ensured without objections. A big advantage is the proximity to the old center of Brasov, which can be accessed by walking for about 1 km.

The location is nice and you have a good view of the city and mountains. The receptionist was nice and professional. Breakfast options were good. The outside seating has a great view of the mountains.

There is no table/counter or hook in the bathroom to rest your belongings, such as toothpaste/toothbrush, cream etc. There is no soap holder at the sink so the soap slides off of the Extremely small space left around the sink. The sink and the counter in which it rests is at an incline (which is nice, but not practical in this instance). The towel holder is located in front of the toilet instead of being placed closed to the shower. The lid on trash bin in the bathroom didn’t work. For all hotels out there: please use shampoo and conditioner is separate bottles! The mix is a joke. I don’t even know why that is still being offered/manufactured.

We have visited this hotel before. The location is stunning and the breakfast is superb. The staff are, on the whole, friendly and helpful.

I’m sure I’ve stayed in room 8!before (2023) and the bathroom flooded from the shower then and it still does. There was also an issue with Room 7’s shower. Furthermore, while it was the weekend, there was a lot of noise from returning guests at around 11pm / midnight. Someone should be stationed at the front desk to ask people to be quiet. If they were there, they did nothing to stop the noise.

- Not a 4 stars hotel bathroom - Breakfast takes place in a building next to the hotel - The slope outside the building where breakfast is served is dangerous; my wife fell heavily when she slipped. Fortunately, the hotel staff had a first aid kit to treat her.

Gorgeous view from the balcony, large comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom. The large mirror on the wall is a nice touch in the room. Breakfast had everything you could wish for.

The hotel's WiFi was zero. The receptionist was super kind and offered us a router because we needed to work. A bit uncomfortable to cross the street for breakfast and pool if your room is in Hotel Belvedere.

The breakfast was the same every day. We ordered room for four (2 adults and 2 kids) but had only one bed.

Not such a central location as Booking described. Not easy to get a taxi or use the bus transportation. The breakfast is served at the across the road hotel and so is the pool. Elevators are available only in every half a floor, so arriving with trolly was OK. Larger suitcases would be difficult to take down or upstairs.

Beautiful simple modern rooms with beautiful view. The outdoor pool is really nice. The restaurant at the top (separate to hotel booking) is absolutely FANTASTIC. The food was amazing and view beautiful. Our 1 year old baby stayed for free and they provided a free cot. Breakfast was fantastic!!!!

Room 23: The curtains don’t block the light at all. The shower didn’t block the water coming out so the bathroom floor was completely flooded. When we asked for more towels, we were made to feel that was not acceptable and received the comment “but your baby is staying for free”. They don’t give pool towels. The breakfast was not at the restaurant at the top, it was in another building; this was not clear at all upon booking- all the photos show the restaurant with the beautiful 360 view.
