place was very quiet and peaceful. can watch heaps of Kangaroos running around. was more close to the nature.

we were not mentioned that cooking stove and oven was not working so we had to chuck lots of meat. that makes us bit upset but thankfully microwave was working.

Located in a nice area (road between Elysia and Cypress Lakes has massive pot holes though) and 5 star resort facilities like swimming pool and steam room. Nice staff.

Basic in room supplies, worse than what you would get in a motel. Ie, mini bar with a single/small container of milk, a couple tea bags/coffee capsules, room was missing a "do not disturb" tag for door, and only 2 towels for your stay. Considering that all villas have a shower and bath, you would expect more than 2 towels. Also, no biscuitts for when you have your tea, this would be a basic even for a motel stay. Elysia no longer has an onsite restaurant. Free breakfast is provided by another hotel on the property and is very basic.

The location, facilities, and overall ambience of the retreat. The views are beautiful from all points of the retreat with heaps of wildlife around. Nice getaway for couples, singles and groups with no children. Also the in room dining option from the Oaks was delicious. We had the steak, caesar salad, Sri Lankan curry and Lamb ragout pasta. Chefs kiss!

Breakfast, location, wonderful housekeeping and suite was beautiful and clean

facilities - pool area outside was very plain. Spa did not work and although staff were told twice it took 24 hours for a sign to be put up - this is confusing for guests. Steam room needed turning on as staff said it turns itself off - a sign would be useful to direct confused guests to staff to ask them to turn on........ Yoga classes etc were minimal. Very odd.

It was absolutely beautiful to wake up to the kangaroos outside, to go to the pool and relaxation lounge, to hang out in reception (very luxurious) and to enjoy the breakfast on site. A dream stay - would stay again!

Not a lot of sound proofing in the villas - could hear conversations next door. Some villas need a little maintenance, but not too bad. Still very good value for money.

Treatments and food was very expensive and I got sick off one of my meals No choices food wise They would have a set meal Not many ramps lots of stairs which is difficult to manage your luggage when you are travelling solo

Accommodation was a good size with lovely views. I went for a lovely morning walk around the property. The bed was so comfortable I slept so well.

Both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were cold which explained why no one was in them. Disappointed as I picked the retreat so I could go for a relaxing swim and defeated the purpose of staying at this property. No instructions on how to work the spa.

The property was very beautiful and serene with amazing views over the valley. There were lots do ammenities and activities to do on site.

Minor point but the shower pressure was so strong that it hurt (usually we would have the opposite complaints at other hotels!) Other than that we would definitely come back and stay again.

Absolutely stunning location. The most peaceful and serene spot. We adored watching the sunset sipping a cup of tea on our balcony. The staff were beyond lovely, the breakfast was great.

Only thing we had issue with was the wifi and couldn’t connect our streaming through the tv to watch a movie before bed.

It was more than we expected, the large space, the view and how peaceful it was. They’ve done a great job on the design of this resort with the meditation hill in the centre with the most amazing 360° views.

That there was an oven and stove top but not connected and marked as display only!
