Very well decorated and furnished. Perfect location, which was very quiet and peaceful in the evening. Roberto and Katja were great hosts and very helpful. We will stay here again when in Lido and highly recommend the Oasis Lagoon Estate. The top garden apartment also has a nice balcony overlooking the garden to the rear of the property, large enough to sit out on in the evening. Lido is the perfect place to stay when visiting Venice, a nice escape from the busyness of the centre but within easy reach by vaparetto.

Nothing to dislike.

Position and surrounding area. Beautiful neighborhood Mini Marts and local restaurants within easy walking distance.

Strict 21.00hrs deadline for check in was really awkward with our flight times. 8hrs 0 10.00hrs latest check out with no option to hold luggage. Our evening flights meant 7hrs carting luggage around which spoiled our last day.

This is my second visit to Venice and both times I stayed on Lido and would always recommend Lido (it is quiet and more relaxed)

We were given the keys and told where the room was located; and then we never saw any staff for the rest of the stay. Also, the internet password is not in the many manuals in the room...its on the back of a map. It is about a mile from the vaporetto dock which is not a bad walk, but we are in our 70's with luggage and that was a struggle but easy is find.

I had stayed in a different apartment in this property in 2008. I wanted to return and stay in an apartment with a lagoon view so we did. It was fabulous. The view cannot be beat. We all preferred the Lido location to Venice itself. The property is very well appointed and has everything you could want. Katja and Roberto are very helpful.

Nothing except possibly an indoor portable drying rack.

Great location, 9 minutes from main vaporetto stop on the quiet side of town. Amazing 180 degree views of Venice and lagoon from spacious bedroom and living room picture windows. The numerous vaporettos from the Lido SME stop run every 2 or 3 minutes, including a less frequent night one and you are faster to St Marks square and Giardini than if you stayed on the Grand Canal. Owner very friendly and helpful. Flat more comfortable than chic slightly old fashioned italian in its style, but an excellent kitchen (hob and microwave oven. Area more residential than venice, which meant good shops and supermarkets.Very close to the free beach too. We would happily stay in this apartment (and indeed the Lido for choice) if we came back to Venice in next couple of years.

Great location, quiet, and close to good restaurants. It was an easy walk to the ferry/boat service. We took our car on the ferry and parked on the street. Fun ferry ride, and the money we spent on the ferry was equal to parking at the terminal.

The AC was weak for the space, but it worked. Everything else was perfect.

Solid. Organized. Very well-equipped. Good AC. Dishwasher and washing machine. All new feeling or very well maintained. Close to beach. Not cheap but a very decent value with 3 bedrooms for a family in an area that is generally overpriced. We had the garden side view. It is quiet and pleasant. Peeped into a seaside flat and it makes a big difference, but the site was very clear about this. I saw some reviews of disappointed travelers from that point-of-view but, in all fairness, if a sea view is a must for you, just book it that way and pay for it! The garden view is a lot less expensive and our flat was beyond expectations.

Certain bedroom doors and the bathroom door feature translucid (not transparent!) windows built in the door which may be a little awkward for some people. May help with light, open feeling of the flat. Not a big deal anyway.

Fantastic views over the lagoon. Spacious rooms and excellent decor. Well equipped kitchen. Great host.

One AC unit for a large apartment was not sufficient on very hot days 30°C + but host quick to supply extra fans for us.
