Clean and comfortable rooms

I would just suggest adding dishes to the kitchen. It have a restaurant space but there are no plates and bowls, just cutlery, cups and glasses.

The location in Friedrichshain was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. It was convenient having an on-site laundry which was easy to use.

It was very loud, could hear other guests in their rooms. The room and hallway doors are heavy so they slam every time they’re closed by guests. The rooms need more attention to detail regarding cleaning (dusting, drains, I also had an issue with receiving stained towels and bedding). Just needs a good deep clean.

We loved the location of this property. It was in a much less touristy part of town, which we prefer. Near great food and shops. We really enjoyed the Saturday market. We also really liked how it felt somewhere between a traditional hotel and an Airbnb. We're pretty savvy and don't need a concierge or room service, so it was nice that we were able to go get extra towels or kitchen supplies when we needed without needing someone else to help us with the task. It felt like a great value for our trip.

Overall our stay was great. We could've used a little more room to unpack and store clothes, but other than that, no complaints!

The hotel was just 2mins walk from our daughter's apartment so it was very convenient for our trip. The shower was fantastic. The room was quiet, the bed was comfy and the curtains were dark so we had a very good night's sleep. The key code entry was a good facility. The lift broke down whilst we were out for the day but we were kept well informed and it was fixed, on a Sunday, before it caused us any inconvenience. We were informed by email that it was fixed.

The non human check in was a bit odd but efficient, I would rather have face to face on arrival. The front entry was simple to use but the rear elevator was very clunky and slow and broke down for a day, though it was fixed before it effected us. The decor was very dark and too industrial. The room we had was very cramped and access around the bed was very limited due to the chairs which could not be relocated anywhere else in the room. The hanging space is not full height so my dresses could not hang fully.

Easy check in and out using a smartphone. Nice communal lounge for relaxing and working. My room (studio with kitchenette) came with a microwave, mini fridge, one burner stovetop, a Nespresso like coffee maker and kettle. Excellent location in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and mini marts. The closest station Warschauer Strasse was about a 10 minute’s walk.

The virtual assistant was adequate to address most requests but it would have been nice if a physical receptionist could be available to deal with certain immediate concerns. Also, the boxed breakfast delivered daily, although convenient , could use some improvement. Personally, a piece of fruit rather than orange juice every day would have been fine my preference.

The location is really quiet, the bed is comfortable and the shower is warm and with good pressure. I liked the access to a coworking space and a washing machine. The internet was also strong enough to work from the hotel. There are also plug sockets next to both sides of the bed which is surprisingly rare in most hotels.

The only criticism I’d have is that the shower is quite small, at least in our room. But I could totally cope with that since the pressure and temperature were good

Wow! We were delighted with our deluxe suite, and it was SO much less expensive than where we had stayed near Hackescher Markt just weeks before (we have family in Berlin). The suite was roomy and had everything that we needed to prepare breakfast lunch, and a simple dinner. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. THERE IS LAUNDRY ON SITE, and it was much less expensive than going to a laundromat. Although everything is digital, you could get in touch with Numa in seconds by texting them. The location is not in a touristy area but rather in a very working class neighborhood with lots of nightlife and restaurants. In spite of this, our room was quiet, except for the last night, when the idiots next door decided it was time to party at midnight; I ended up getting dressed and banging on their door, to which they actually responded. I would definitely book here again.

Really pleased with our stay here. Easy to find despite being set back from the road and across a small courtyard. Received a message in the morning with the ket code information. No reception staff on site but the cleaners and other workmen in the building were very friendly and courteous. The room was bright and airy, large windows with shutters to make it nice and dark over night. Small kitchen area and coffee machine. Great shower and lovely toiletries. Access to the property could be from 7am on arrival (into room at 3pm) and til 8pm on departure (check out 11) so we left our things in the locker and returned in the afternoon to rest in the lounge for an hour or so before our flight. Kitchen facilities and drinks available in the lounge.

Nothing to complain about! Found not having a key just door codes somewhat strange but not an issue!

Booked the deluxe studio, it was great. The bed was big and comfortable and the curtains were nearly black out and there was enough space for a table and room around the bed. It was actually quite quiet over the weekend in terms of voices and outside noises were very minimal. We only heard doors opening and closing so it was overall a very peaceful and comfortable stay. Plus they were very accomodating with an earliy check in without promisinig it too early.

Could have been very warm at night if the temp was more than 18 C its warm in the rooms even with the aircon thing provided.

Very clean modern room with a little kitchenette including a good size fridge. Room was on the small size but the communal spaces give you a place to relax or work. They are very clean, spacious and well maintained. The building is quite large with many rooms. There is a self serve laundry as well which was clean and easy to use. Cleaning staff are friendly. They don't clean the room daily but you can ask for extra toilet paper etc. The pillows are like clouds to sleep on. The area has many restaurants and bars and is pleasant. The metro stations are little bit of a walk away and getting into the centre takes 40 to 50 mins on public transport. . It takes about 20 mins to walk to East Side Gallery. The electronic access was very convenient and easy.
