the authenticity of an old roman apartment with frescos on the ceiling and antique furniture. the location is very good in the corner of via veneto and 10 min walk from Fontana de trevi and Spanish stairs. the best of the appartment is the host, Loris, extremely helpful en divertente 😊 on the day of check out we could leave the luggage and keep the keys until 6pm and go back to the apartment after our day in Rome, that gave us a relaxed day without worrying about the luggage. for 2 people that don't sleep together is not a fair deal, as one has the beautiful ample room and bed and the other one has to sleep in a small corner in an 80cm bed. both beds are very comfortable though

The host was an incredibly helping person. Right from the time of booking to personally staying for the check-in. He helped me with the luggage and explained the system of the building and apartment in detail which really helped He was amazing in guiding the areas and amenities around. By the time he left and I went out, I felt like I know the place well He was in touch with me constantly and helped with any guidance. Also graciously helped with late checkout as much as he could have Wonderful location..you can move around to places by walk. What an incredible area. Restaurants nearby. Store by the building. Taxi area around the corner

This hotel is in an ideal location, with a charming café just across the street and a convenient supermarket nearby. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great tips and information about the city.

The bed was a bit firm, and the pillow could have been softer.

Excellent location not far from some of the city's most famous sites, and a really lovely old building. It was a great place to stay with two young children, nothing fancy but everything you could need. Would highly recommend and will certainly check availability if and when I'm next in Rome.

Very minor point, it is towards the top of the city and up a bit of a hill, just something to bear in mind if you're intending to go back and forth a lot - but Rome is quite hilly anyway...

The erea is a little deserted at night.. Its over 10 min. Walk to the lively streets of the Pantheon\ Trevi fountain\ Plaza navona.

Being able to make our own breakfast. Very delightful and interesting furniture and decor. Location. so close to the Borghese Gardens and walking distance (even though the hill seemed steep) of nearly everything in Roma Antika WE enjoyed all the nearby restaurants, park walk and best gelati in Rome.

We appreciated everything.

The area felt safe with multiple locks to access the apartment. I loved the bedroom which was huge with windows overlooking the street. There were several restaurants close by to chose from.

The hot stove took ages to boil water for a cup of tea, an electric kettle would be better.

Excellent Location. The host Loris was amazing and very helpful. I was in constant touch with him before my arrival, he helped me with all queries. Highly recommend this place.

An electric water kettle would have been a good option, secondly additional power sockets/ extension cords near to the bed.

It was a spacious bedroom clean and comfortable bed. The little kitchenette had everything what you need. The location is fantastic. My stay was great so thank you. I’ll be back if I ever return to Rome again!

GREAT location - and for the price we paid, really really good! Very communicative hosts, Loris was so great and took the time to explain where everything was in the city and how best to get there. They were also super flexible about the check out time, and very friendly!
