Everything was ok , location was perfect . The warm water in shower , worked aircon . The bed was comfortable , the bedding was clean but very worn. There was silence in the hotel. I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel .

I was in this hotel twice , the first time for 5 nights and then on my return this one night. When I was there for 5 nights the trash was never emptied and there was no service room.

NO elevator I am 70 years old they put me on the 3rd floor it is on a pretty quiet alley of Walking Street the small manager helped me with my bags

Nice owner, clean room, perfect spot in the city (next to offices of different transport companies like futa bus), quite cheap restaurant on the same street. Really nice "the fruit bar" with protein shakes in the end of street.

Quite noisy due to clubs but it was't hard to sleep for us. Bigger problem were renovation works in the morning but we found it good opportunity to wake up earlier.

Located in a small alley in a busy district, very low price but very clean. Family operated with minimal people skills, but kind.

Doors closed at 10 pm, but they were happy to answer the bell.

Mr Son is an excellent and thoughtful host. The location is a great, centre of the HCM city, very close to major attractions, bar pub, night life is all actovities you can find here The host is very accommodating and would give tips on going around the city and local foods. I would love to come back and recommend it to friends. Perfect for 2 people

Quite noisy at noght cos lot of bar, pub around. Think that is not suitable for family and kids

There is no lift to this hotel you have to go 4th floor with your luggage
