Excellent communication for self check in and clear instructions on location and entry. The suite is modern, beautifully decorated and has great facilities. Fully equipped kitchen unit, fast wifi, great bathroom with walk in rain shower. Balcony was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I found the location ideal, only 10 minutes on foot to the port where the seajets and boats arrive from/ leave to the islands. Also only 10 minutes taxi ride to the airport. This was in my opinion excellent value for money and would definitely come back.

The accommodation is very thoughtfully designed for a traveler. Communication with the host was extremely easy, with easy electronic check in at 3am. Great shower, lots of hot water. Faultless WiFi, great smart tv. Clean and new, with housekeeping available. Good lighting, convenient power sockets, sturdy furniture, elevator, luggage storage. Area to hang up clothes. Modern heating/aircon wall unit comfortable in January. Restaurants, McDonald's, bakery and grocery store 5 minutes away. Local bus stops plus long distance bus station 5 minutes away walk. Ferry port 10 minutes walk.

One of the best lodgings we have encountered.

We stayed one night at the apartment and it suited our needs. The pictures accurately represent the property. It is in a nice neighborhood. No fault of the host, but the apartment building had a strange smell. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2bathrooms. Each bathroom has a shower and one of the bathrooms has a washing machine. The unit was clean and very welcoming. The host was very responsive, especially when we had an issue. It is located in a nice neighborhood that has lots of cafes and restaurants. We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it for a one or two night stay.

The room was clean and spacious. The washroom and shower was amazing (really good toiletries). The bed was comfortable and big. And the balcony was great for relaxing outside with a laundry rack if you wanted to dry some clothing. The room came with everything to make coffee/tea, it had a small fridge and even a little kitchenette area. Our room had a sofa/bed thing that could easily fit another person. The building also has its own parking spots and the self checking was great! It’s very close to the port, we walked with our suitcases and it was fine. We also walked to the city centre - about 15 mins or so.

Nothing. The property is great! What we didn’t love has nothing to do with the property itself - mostly just steep side streets to get in.

Contemporary, convenient and comfortable. Quick overnight before an early ferry and I walked up to the property from the port ( I was pleasantly surprised how much parking so next time perhaps park but easy 10 minute walk up and down from ferry). The building was easy to find, well marked and well lit. The instructions were easy to get in and the keypad and building were updated ( stayed in another place on way back and while apartment was updated the building was in a dark neighborhood and the hallway lights turned off every 30 seconds) The small touches were appreciated like water and a napresso machine. Very safe for solo or couple.

We only stayed one night before an early flight the next morning, but it was a nice place to stay for that purpose. Our host was very nice, helpful and responsive. We even managed to cobble together a light meal in the kitchenette, which we appreciated. The bed was super comfortable. The location was fine for us-within walking distance of Heraklion old town.

There really wasn't enough hot water for us to have showers that evening--the boilers did not come on until 8:30 pm and we had no way to increase the water temperature beyond lukewarm.

Magnificent location 10 minutes from HER airport and 2 minutes from the sea easy to find. The suites offer high quality comfort directly in the Heraklion city's atmosphere with secured access and reserved parking. The suites was clean and seemed newly renovated with an elevator, small kitchen and a small balcony (great view). Close to everything, and the owner Mr Yannis and his wife are incredibly kind and professional. We will definitely go back without any hesitation !

Honestly, nothing !

This was one of my favorite hotel stays ever. Online check-in and instructions were smooth and easy with almost instant communication. The tree-themed suites are so beautiful. Not to mention comfortable, spotless clean, with attention to every detail. Some welcome drinks included. The balcony looks down on the orchard - a bit bare in February, naturally, but should be a pretty sight in a few weeks.

The only think I can think of at all is that I wish you'd had a decaf option among the provided coffee.

It was an amazing experience for us! Location is the best out of possible: it's not the seashore but it's good because it's always noisy nearby the sea. Our balcony went directly to the charming garden, and there were oranges, lemons, pomegranate trees, palms... Just wow. It's 10 mins walking from the old town. Shops are near, road is slightly far (which is very important in Iraklio), so all we heard in the night was birds songs. I was amazed how clean our room was (and I am very demanding about cleanliness), lady maid came every day. Mattress is very comfy, and they give two pillows of different size, so you can choose which one is more comfy for you. Hot water in the shower was really hot, so you can manage any temp you need in the bathroom. AC was working fine, there was a coffee machine and tea bags, some dishes, warm blanket as well as bed sheets. Design of the room is fantastic! Owners were really nice although we did not meet in person. Highly recommend this hotel, it's the best choice in Iraklio!

Fridge did not work. Owner was ready to repair it ASAP but we really did not need it. So actually nothing to complain. Nothing at all.

The owners are available via whatsapp and let you know in advance the check-in & check-out process. They provided us with clear explanations on where to park, how everything worked in the property. They have a QR available in each suite with very valuable info on restaurants/what to do, which we really appreciated! In addition, they shared with us the number of their trusted taxi driver who drove us to the airport for our early flight. The building has spacious and impeccable suites. We truly recommend it!!!
