It's a beautiful location. We were up on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the beach from our room. We love how we can park in the underground parking. The cinema is only a walk away. The pizzarie and cafe is just downstairs. Beach across the road. Can have a coffee on the balcony in the morning watching people walking, jogging, on scooters on walkway by the beach.

The bed was a little too firm - but still comfy. Thought I had turned the heat pump off before going to bed but found it still on 19 degrees on warm. At 3am trying to use the light of my phone to turn it off. Was so hot!! The outdoor furniture is cold metal - take a comfy cushion with you. The Neighbours were very loud.

The Navigate Seaside Hotel is very well situated in the heart of Ahuriri, we had a lovely view of the sea and surrounding hills of Napier. The room was a perfect size for our two night stay, it was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly, our car was very secure in the underground car park, I would highly recommend staying here.

The only complaint we had was that it says you get 50+ sky channels, well most of the channels that you get are free to air, or some sport channels, we thought you would get better viewing options with tvnz and 3 on demand.

Great location. Awesome room layout, was a great size and had everything you could want. Very comfortable bed. Table for two to eat at. Great size TV and sky. Fantastic shower pressure. Beach right across the road, less than a 2 minute walk. Very central to everything by car and surrounded by restaurants.

We stayed in room 108 which is the middle unit, beachfront ground level. There is no separation between units if sitting outside. It was a little discerning that the concrete wall between the footpath and units could easily be jumped if someone wanted to. I also had to be careful in the shower as it I found it a bit slippery before using any showering products. Sound proofing would be a nice addition to the rooms. Unsure how/why the night there were no vacancies we were able to secure a car park and when there were vacancies available, we had to park on the street?

Great views from level 2 room. Added to the relaxing 4 day holiday we had.

Only one blunt (paring size) knife for cutting anything we ate in the room. Needs a sharp paring knife plus a long bread knife. As there is only a toaster and microwave, we appreciate you don't want guests cooking too much. Howeve,r we enjoyed having breakfast in our room looking out over the bay from our level 2 room. Microwave cooks bacon fine.

Lovely location, we had 2 bed seaview apartment. Very quite area even tho restaurants across road & below. Would definetly recommend a stay here. Great shower, our bed may be ready to be changed soon, bit dippy on edges but otherwise comfy. Walking distance to lovely street with cafes and shops. Close to town centre. Parking on site was also bonus.

Room was great. Very comfortable and tidy. Great to have most of the SKY channels. Location was great for where i needed to be and there were plenty of great eateries nearby that were very good.

The only thing that was annoying was the balcony light was on all night with no way to turn off. No blackout blinds, that's the only issuer. Not a big one though.

I liked the location on the waterfront. Close to eateries. Being close to a playground was a highlight. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were spotless clean. Absolutely lived it, warm and cozy.

Not enough underground parking. But parked right outside the hotel front door. Perfect. Cant say there was anything wrong at all. Good job. Impressed. The decor chairs were different and colourful for the children.

Great location and view from room. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed.

There is a strong chemical smell throughout. Is it from overuse of Spray & Wipe? Is it room fresheners? Is it over-assiduous cleaning of the old carpet? Others may not notice this, in which case all will be 10/10

Nothing really. We had a broken coffee pot but this was remedied. I guess just the price ? But maybe due to the marathon??

The location on the beachfront was perfect for a nice walk at night and in the morning with lovely coffee shops and bars. The room was massive with the beds being really comfortable. We only stayed 1 night but was perfect for what we needed and if we ever visit again we will definitely stay here again.
