Liked that it was a buffet and you could help yourself. Parking - other guests were disrespectful and took up 2-3 car spaces, however noticed the staff were requesting this be corrected.

Breakfast - there was not a lot of cooked options - ran out of scrambled eggs on 2 mornings and did not refill during the time we were seated at breakfast. The next morning, the scrambled eggs was more water than egg.

The receptionist upon arrival was excellent and very accommodation, my initial arrival was difficult as the road to the hotel was closed and the initial phone contact was not helpful due to language barriers but upon arrival the staff were excellent, professional and friendly and hel[pful

The room was fine with basic facilities and I was facing the main street and was one of only two rooms without a balcony but besides this the room was very comfortable and clean.

The very good location and extensive breakfast choice.. The beautiful designed building with marble and quality materials .. The staff were all great, especially the breakfast waiters. Our room had a lovely view of the port and Ferris wheel and a very good air-conditioning unit. A very well run hotel close to Olbia old town.

The staircase to the entrance of the hotel without a ramp for suitcases or wheelchairs. Otherwise nothing

Great location, private parking was convenient, staff is super friendly and even helped me call my next hotel since I don’t speak Italian (and they didn’t speak English). Very large breakfast selection

The rooms are quite dated and the AC is pretty weak. So I didn’t think the price matched the accommodations. My room wasn’t very clean (I found hair in the shower and around the drain) and the lock on my door was broken and kept getting stuck. If I stayed longer, I would’ve complained to management

The hotel was is of an older Sardinian style and in an excellent location close to the archaeology museum. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. A good selection selection of breakfast foods. We found all the staff members to be extremely polite and helpful. The front desk personal were so helpful getting urgent medical attention for us.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good with many choices. Location of the hotel is central, walking distance to the city centre, restaurants. A supermarket is also within a walking distance. Rooms pristinely clean, good lighting of the rooms and bathroom. A small parking available on site.

Not so good sound insulation between the rooms.

Grand Hotel President was perfectly located at the heart of the beauty centre, the personnel were so much helpful, their reception of us was too friendly and they also were very much helpful with the guidance of the environment and restaurants.

Hard to nominate one specific issue however I may suggest that the hotel may include an armchair into the room.

The hotel has excelent location, very friendly staff. Another positive point for me was acceptance of dogs.

There is very small parking next to the hotel and it's hard to find available space.

the only negative aspect: the bed was old and uncomfortable didnt get a good night sleep. if you absolutely need a comfortable bed would stay somewhere else, otherwise highly recommend this hotel!!!

Yes, the hotel is having a history that you can feel - literally. But is clean, well maintained and with a very good proximity to the Old Town. And personnel is giving their best. Yes, right, you’re reminded, sometimes too explicit, that you are just a guest and not the king/queen of the room - my house, my rules. Yes, housekeepers starts at 8 and they make sure that everyone notices (and hear) the beginning of a bright new day - but cleanliness is there. Yes, the breakfast is simple and repeats with precision - but serves the purpose: Prima Colazione. All in all the hotel is correct at a fair value for money, not over promises, just delivers.
