Big room. Comfy bed.

I accept that the charges are displayed somewhere when booking, it's just that I hadn't noticed. So info for those like me, you should know it's £5 for parking and £15 for a dog.

The breakfast was very good, good selection English and continental good verity of food for choice. Free hot drinks at any time for guests. It's location nicely on the edge of town and not far from the main roads okay.

It may be a bit picky but we felt that the toilet paper was very poor quality, shower soap dispensers didn't seem to eject enough soap and it was very thin and it ran through your fingers. It might be better if they used a cream through a larger nosel. This may seem a bit picky but the duvets were tucked in under the mattress so when you pulled the duvet out it also pulled out the bed sheets so you had to remake your bed again why not just leave it laying over the bed it does it's job I think people wouldn't mind that it would same them time in remaking it!. Sorry if feel may sound too minor moans.

The cleanliness was 100 stars. It was on par with a four star I've stayed at recently. The room (Superior) was very spacious and had a lovely aroma scenting it all throughout my stay. Just like my home. The staff were sooooo nice I felt spoilt and like an individual rather than a room number. The bathroom was fabulous, seat in the shower, rails to help me all over the bathroom, brilliant. The bed was perfect, firm and comfortable . Curtains were clean and closed with ease. The kitchenette in my room was fully equipped with integrated fridge freezer. All the stuff you need to be comfy and survive (tin opener and cork screw) all in the drawers. Plus a microwave!!! Ironing board and iron, hairdryer and luggage rack all in the room, all looked brand new and in working order. Towels and bedding all shone bright and white like they were fresh out the packet. This 3 star hotel should be a 4 star at least. Cannot comment on breakfast did not partake, but you get free sachet coffee and condiments in your room and downstairs you can get fancy coffees all for free.

Toilet roll holder needs to be upright like the other one because each time you pull the roll it comes off the holder.

The breakfast was very good! Staff specially made us Veg sausages upon request. Had a wide selection of foods. The room was very clean and extremely spacious too. Even had a kitchenette which was good as we could store food and drinks in the room and also make teas and coffees. The location was great, close to a Morrisons and McDonald’s as well as town centre.

Could’ve been hash browns and also eggs and beans were kept together but then the beans spoon had egg on it. Sometimes people don’t eat egg. Perhaps keep it separate next time to avoid cross contamination. Other than that, was nothing I didn’t like

Good buffet breakfast with continental style options. Easy car parking. Close to other catering establishments. Room clean and extra pillows available.

WC Pan seemed a bit lower than most so difficult to get up from if your knees aren't too good. No handrail to help. Bit of a cheek to charge £5 to park in a huge car park with no security gates in an out of town centre area. Good for the environment to replace plastic ladies hygiene bag with paper ones - but not when they are sourced all the way from China!

The finish of the room was outstanding, clean, new and very comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous and beautifully detailed. The staff were super and very helpful Dog was welcome. Would definitely return.

I thought that the motion sensor lighting in the room was a really good idea initially but it turned out to be a real pain in the bum when nipping to use the loo in the night that it came on and off whether you wanted it to or not ... so much for just paddling around in a half sleep dose! I find it wrong that the parking was charged for - paying for parking when you are actually staying in the facility is really cheeky and the staff agreed too stating that EVERYONE says the same when they find they need to shell out an extra fiver.

The location is convenient and the room is stylish and clean.

It's my bad that I forgot to bring the phone charger with me during my business trip. I know you lend to people to take to their room, but they fail to return it. But I still don't think that's the reason you can't lend to people but only can charge at reception. There must be a better way to deal with this simple problem. To make the situation worse, without the fast charger, staying at the reception for more than 1.5 hours (00:48 a.m.) but only getting 70% charged and still worried about there not being enough power during the next day's contacting/phoning, is not something I am happy with.

We liked that the staff were always around, even during the night! We loved the kitchenette in our room with all the equipment, but especially the big fridge. Everything felt clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious.

I kept catching my toes and feet on the legs of my fold-down sofa-bed just because there were three of us sharing, so not a massive amount of floor space around the beds, but it was much better than having to book two separate rooms!

£5 charge for parking seemed a bit mean.

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was. For a quick stop over I wasn't expecting much, but the interiors were lovely and modern, everything was so clean, the rooms were spacious and had lots of little details that made it comfortable. The TV had chromecast, so you could connect your phone and watch your favourite shows, which when travelling alone for work is a lovely touch!

If there had of been fresh water in the room, I wouldn't of had anything to say in this box! A small detail that would've made the whole experience complete rather than having to go down to the bar to get some. Minor, but a nice touch that would've made a difference.
