Big room. Comfy bed.

I accept that the charges are displayed somewhere when booking, it's just that I hadn't noticed. So info for those like me, you should know it's £5 for parking and £15 for a dog.

The breakfast was very good! Staff specially made us Veg sausages upon request. Had a wide selection of foods. The room was very clean and extremely spacious too. Even had a kitchenette which was good as we could store food and drinks in the room and also make teas and coffees. The location was great, close to a Morrisons and McDonald’s as well as town centre.

Could’ve been hash browns and also eggs and beans were kept together but then the beans spoon had egg on it. Sometimes people don’t eat egg. Perhaps keep it separate next time to avoid cross contamination. Other than that, was nothing I didn’t like

The finish of the room was outstanding, clean, new and very comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous and beautifully detailed. The staff were super and very helpful Dog was welcome. Would definitely return.

I thought that the motion sensor lighting in the room was a really good idea initially but it turned out to be a real pain in the bum when nipping to use the loo in the night that it came on and off whether you wanted it to or not ... so much for just paddling around in a half sleep dose! I find it wrong that the parking was charged for - paying for parking when you are actually staying in the facility is really cheeky and the staff agreed too stating that EVERYONE says the same when they find they need to shell out an extra fiver.

The location is convenient and the room is stylish and clean.

It's my bad that I forgot to bring the phone charger with me during my business trip. I know you lend to people to take to their room, but they fail to return it. But I still don't think that's the reason you can't lend to people but only can charge at reception. There must be a better way to deal with this simple problem. To make the situation worse, without the fast charger, staying at the reception for more than 1.5 hours (00:48 a.m.) but only getting 70% charged and still worried about there not being enough power during the next day's contacting/phoning, is not something I am happy with.

£5 charge for parking seemed a bit mean.

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was. For a quick stop over I wasn't expecting much, but the interiors were lovely and modern, everything was so clean, the rooms were spacious and had lots of little details that made it comfortable. The TV had chromecast, so you could connect your phone and watch your favourite shows, which when travelling alone for work is a lovely touch!

If there had of been fresh water in the room, I wouldn't of had anything to say in this box! A small detail that would've made the whole experience complete rather than having to go down to the bar to get some. Minor, but a nice touch that would've made a difference.

Travel from Brum to attend a birthday party . The rooms are amazing . I booked two rooms one had a kitchenette and the other didn’t . Which was perfectly fine . My boys enjoyed the gym facilities but Complained about the breakfast .

The breakfast let down my whole stay . So disappointed ☹️. Processed breakfast Fruit not fresh Absolutely vile I will never stay here again because of the breakfast . We had to end up eating McDonald’s which is only a 2 mins drive away . I love staying in a hotel and waking up for breakfast BUT this sure spoiled the experience

So many things! The hugely warm welcome by staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. First time travelling with our 2 mini dachshunds and they couldn't have made it easier. The standard of the hotel is excellent. Clean (spotless!) very comfortable and rooms are finished to a high standard. Free hot drinks machines in reception area for use at any time is a nice touch. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again when we need a hotel in Burton.

It was clean,rooms were comfortable and spacious,staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

Paying the £5 a night for parking I think that is a bit of a ripoff, I see no reason for this payment except to get money out of you. Also I arrived a bit early for my 14.00hrs check in and the receptionist told me check in was 14.00hrs. I can’t believe that all rooms are finished at 14.00hrs. So if you are going don’t ge there before 14.00hrs.

Super bed and duvet/pillows etc

Really should be smart TV. Need extending make up mirror in en suite. Tall person sat on loo could hit head getting up. Towel rail and door stop behind door is really awkward. Whole room could he better designed with a few more inches and better lighting. However my dog and I coped. Hate plastic glasses Need hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee. If you need a well travelled person, with a perfect dog, to check out your new or re- furbished hotels , we would be ideal. Take care. X
