Lovely location, very handy for city or station access, nice sized room, friendly staff, good breakfast, hot drinks available in the room with good sized mugs, a very good choice in Luxembourg City.

A few minor niggles - only one pillow each and very soft, we struggled a bit but that might just be us. I didn’t like the system where the front hotel door is often locked, but you can’t open it with keycard, you have to ring bell and wait, and if nobody is on front desk, you could be waiting a while. Door should be unlocked until late or keycard access should open. But to be clear, neither were major issues, very good hotel and would stay again. :)

The triple room was so nice. Our granddaughter, who was traveling with us had her own cozy little room with a door. Usually she has to sleep on a sofa bed in one room with us. I wish more hotels had this type of room!

If you are traveling through by train, it’s the perfect location. We are on a car road trip, so we had to find the hotel through road construction. They have nice safe indoor parking for customers, but you have to walk around the block to get there…but not terrible. There are a lot of shady people in the area, so not good for an evening stroll. They keep the front door locked and buzz you in. But, over all, we were very pleased.

Great base for our 4 night stay in Luxembourg. Close to train station and just a short walk from main areas, tram/bus stops. Clean, modern, recently refurbished rooms. Air conditioning. Comfy big bed and nice shower room. Very good, tasty buffet breakfast with plenty of food/drink options. Fridge and safe in room. Bottles of water provided daily.

Only 1 lift, which was for guest and service use.

Luxembourg is a charming small town where everything you really need is within walking distance, making it a very convenient place to stay. The hotel's location was excellent, allowing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, though slightly smaller than expected. The amenities provided were satisfactory, with a nice balance between modern conveniences and the cozy charm you'd expect in such a historic setting.

The only minor issue I had was that the room came with just one pillow, and it was quite thick. While it seemed in line with the compact nature of the room, it did cause some strain on my neck during the night.

Excellent location- right next to trams, buses, trains and good restaurants (you have to go to Partigiano!) Very quiet despite being on a busy road, there was absolutely no interference with noise except when the window was open. Bathroom was bigger than expected and the room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, even though some previous reviews said otherwise, so I was pleasantly surprised. Would 100% recommend staying here for location, comfort and ease.

The lift is VERY small, 2x people max, however for the most part of the stay this was not an issue.

The position of the hotel is just a short walk ( for adults) to the main sights, there are better positioned hotels but not for this price. It is very clean tidy comfortable and efficient and the staff were exceedingly helpful, especially the gentleman on reception. The room was very very nice Very much enjoyed breakfast and the position of the breakfast room overlooking the hustle and bustle of the city * if you’re considering Luxembourg for a visit……Go! It’s a brilliant city, at least for a day trip

The major downside of this property was the parking. It’s a few minutes walk and the area you have to walk the feels a bit edgy and a little dirty…….possibly due to all the construction going on…… but also due to several groups sat around drinking The car park itself is ok and quite secure but the stairways to get to it are disgusting

The location in the centre of Luxembourg is brilliant, with only a 2-3 min walk to the main station. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive, keeping the room clean and everything well stocked. Breakfast is a traditional continental breakfast (but with high quality produce) but they are able to add extra hot items (with enough warning) if you request it.

My room was a little loud, but that was due to the planes taking off from the city airport, and the tramway which runs along the main road next to the hotel. Which is pretty standard for a major city.

Small hotel with 48 rooms I believe. Clean and spacious room with safe, mini bar and air conditioning. Friendly staff. Very large bed (2 beds together) - windows could be opened but view was of an interior courtyard. Walk in shower and spacious bathroom. Mini bar with complimentary water. Breakfast was self service - very well presented and there was plenty of choice of cold fruits and meats etc. hot breakfast was scrambled egg, bacon and small frankfurter sausages. Location was ideally close to railway station and 15min walk from old town of Luxembourg City.

No suitable restaurants nearby probably not surprising as so close to station.

The location of the hotel is excellent, especially arriving by train. Upon exiting the train station, turn right, walk to the traffic lights and cross the road to the hotel. The city centre is a walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is extremely clean, reception staff were excellent and the room was very warm for a cold winter good night sleep. Lastly, the breakfast was very good, made with organic food and fresh fruit juices.

Feedback - more gluten free/vegan foods should be added to the breakfast menu.

Location - near of Central Train Station. All Transports I need to get was 2min walking from hotel. Breakfast is good. Small but enough and very variety. Better than a lots hotel I stayed before and with 4 Stars. If you like take a walking ....easy to go to city centre...and this walking will be amazing. Bed excelent size and comfortable.

If you like opened Windows this a problem due to Airport is located near of the City when Planes are taking off is very noisy. But this noisy will be any place in town.... closed Windows you will isolated this noisy
