Location of the hotel is most important for us when traveling. This hotel has perfect location and that’s why we are coming back here every few months.

Prices for the rooms went up significantly in last year and there is no visible improvement in quality of the room or services. We don’t like management’s decisions to remove bar on the reception and the fact that they replaced coffee supplier just because of the price! They took much cheaper brand with very poor quality and replaced the one that was excellent! If you aim to be higher quality hotel, than you need to have decent quality of your goods, facilities, services, etc. Current prices are not reflecting that, and most probably we will have to find some other place to stay in future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 9 in Zagreb, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in almost every way. Here's my review: Location The hotel's location is superb, with excellent connectivity to the city's public transport system. You're just a short walk away from several tram stops, making it easy to explore Zagreb's vibrant city center. Additionally, the airport bus stop is conveniently close, ensuring a hassle-free journey to and from the airport. Breakfast The breakfast at Hotel 9 is excellent. The foods are varied, with plenty of options to suit every palate. From fresh pastries and bread to eggs, meats, and cheeses, you'll find something to start your day off right. Cleanliness and Comfort The hotel's rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds are cozy, and the amenities are modern and functional. You'll feel right at home during your stay. Staff The staff at Hotel 9 are wonderful. They're friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your stay is pleasant. From check-in to check-out, the team's professionalism and warmth shine through. Overall Experience My overall experience at Hotel 9 was fantastic. With its excellent location, superb breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, and wonderful staff, I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zagreb. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, Hotel 9 is an excellent choice.

Loved everything about the hotel. It was spotlessly clean. The location was excellent. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely . Great choice of meats and cheese and the cakes were divine. It’s a boutique hotel situated within a 5 minute walk from the main bus station and a two minute walk to the tram. Takes about 15 minutes to get to the main square in Zagreb and tickets cost 54 cent each for a 30 minute journey. The bus runs from the airport every half hour and leaves the bus station every half hour for the airport. €8 each way. An excellent service. Would highly recommend Hotel 9.

The proximity to Zagreb bus terminal was incredible. This allowed us to get an 8€ shuttle from the airport that placed us walking distance to the hotel. This also made it easy to catch a bus the next day at 12pm after an 11am checkout. The front desk was readily available and very helpful. Would def book again.

There was nothing to dislike. The breakfast was included at a fee and I thought it was covered when I got there. That may have been my fault for not reading correctly. Breakfast was only 10€ for a large selection of stuff, therefore great value regardless. It was 5 stars all around in my opinion.

We were upgraded on arrival which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was wonderful the room very clean and spacious. The hotel is surounded with restaurants and bars with a short walking distance which we loved. Also a very safe area to walk around and trams every 2 minutes. Wonderful front desk staff. Very friendly and helpful but also very proffesional. Special thank you to Doris at the front desk who made our stay unforgetable.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was impressively large, giving me plenty of space to relax and feel at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless, from the bedroom to the bathroom, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The attention to cleanliness and comfort really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and relaxing place to stay.

Quickest check in ever, took mobile pics of passports then handed me the room card (I was in Sofia last week and check in took 40 mins). Large, clean pretty room with very large bed. Large, well lit bathroom with duel (powerful) shower heads. Great breakfast selection. Staff friendly. Location good for me as 3 min from central bus station & stop for multiple tram lines. Hotel and room really quiet.

Nothing really. Settee was a little worn maybe,

the room was huge as was the bed and beautifully appointed. Loads of space in the closet with robe and slippers with a wonderful shower. Very clean. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding, wonderful buffet variety with fresh egg dishes available from the kitchen on request (try the omelette). Close to the bus stop so we walked there on arrival with our luggage and left the next day walking back to the bus stop to get the shuttle to the airport. Super easy. Can walk into historic city center in about half an hour or tram stop just outside.

We stayed at grand luxury room category with balcony. The room is quite spacious with comfortable bed. It has a kettle and a mini bar fridge. It is extremely clean. There is a nice restaurant within the walking distance. The breakfast is tasty and sufficient. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful)

Coat rack or at least hooks for coats would be convenient to have in a room. We expected to have a small table as shown in some photos which booking.com offers for this room category, but it was missing.
