View from the balcony - one of the best I had. ( room 503 ). Photos attached. Staff - always kind, warm and ready to help. Location - bus stop across the street, many restaurants and clubs in a 10 min walk radius. Breakfast - excellent. - BONUS- Complimentary champagne for my wife's birthday. Hotel Juliani was an excellent choice for us.

Our vacation was too short. Maybe thats why we plan to revisit Malta. Already know which hotel we will choose :)

Very neat hotel with well soundproofed rooms. There are no noises during the night, except for a slight noise from the air conditioning ventilation. This noise is very soft compared to other hotels' vents which tend to be loud. The breakfast is very complete and well prepared, clean. The restaurant has very good food for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended. Well located with restaurants, grocery and shopping mall nearby.

The air conditioning vent blows directly into the bed without the possibility of regulating it, which can be a bit annoying for some people. Moving the location of the bed can improve this.

The room itself was a delight - spacious, immaculately clean, and adorned with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the picturesque surroundings. Dining at the hotel was a culinary journey. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, all fresh and delicious. The dinner menu was equally impressive. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel’s operation was evident, making for a truly luxurious stay.

We booked a junior suite. We had complimentary bottled water on arrival. However, this wasn't replaced. If we wanted more it was charged. We bought ours cheaply from a shop. It's a small cost that that hotel should have covered. Breakfast was expensive too. We didn't bother.

The location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of service was excellent. A separate mention for Ojo on reception who always greeted us with a smile and was extremely helpful.

It would have been good to have water daily in the room or at least a water font/dispenser in reception

Noisy hallways. Rooms are unfortunately not soundproof, which can be unpleasant when faced with inconsiderate neighbors. We only received complimentary bottles of water for the first out of 3 nights of our stay, which I found to be a rather odd policy.

The property was exactly as shown in the photos, it was modern (within rustic charm) clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were beyond welcoming and helpful. The pool area was way better than shown in photos. The area was centrally located in an area that still had some Mediterranean charm and not all overrun by modern developments. Plenty of restaurants around. Amazing views. And double glazing windows block out any noise from outside.

I loved it all, so no negatives to report.

Hotel nestled amongst buildings on the lively "seafront" of St. Julians. Super view of the bay from the very pleasant and spacious room which had a small balcony with a table and a couple of chairs. Very convenient for the many restaurants in the close vicinity. Our initial concern was that it might be noisy due to the bars around and the traffic but the standard of the double glazing was good and we had no problems sleeping. The bed was large and very comfortable with high-quality linen. The room was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping staff and our grateful thanks go to the chambermaid who realized that my wife had left behind a makeup bag as we checked out and it was speedily delivered to us just as we were departing. In fact, all the staff were excellent, in particular, Alfred ( front of house) who was generally great fun and efficient. Breakfasts were of a high standard with plenty of choice with eggs cooked individually to your personal choice. The fresh orange juice was a nice touch. The rooftop pool area had comfortable sunbeds and beanbag chairs and, of course, enjoyed the great view of Spinola Bay. The small parking garage, without charge, was very useful. The communication with the hotel was extremely good/efficient which gave the feeling that this is a hotel that really cares about its guests.

Very small problem that there were no hooks to hang the bathrobes in our room. (originals had come unstuck?).

It was in a good location, very handy for buses. Beautiful views over Spinola Bay. Room was extremely quiet, very comfortable beds and pillows, spacious for a standard room. Beautiful roof top terrace. Plenty restaurants and bars close by. Hotel has a restaurant but we did not use it but it seemed busy which is always a good sign.

The design of the shower is poor, almost impossible to shower without soaking the floor. Also disappointed that roof top pool was not heated in April as it was too cold to use. Not much point having pool if it can’t be used in March/April

The continental buffet breakfast is amazing! So many choices, with all food being of such good quality and taste.The restaurant on site (Zest) is equally great, offering a delicious variety of Pan-Asian dishes. All the staff members were so helpful, kind and welcoming. In particular, the waiters were very quick to attend to everybody, always with a friendly attitude and a smile on their faces. The Spa is very well maintained and the full body massage I booked was excellent. The room's soundproofing system is also very good. Although the building is in a very busy area of St Julian's, inside the hotel is surprisingly quiet and I was not disturbed by the people in the streets hustling and bustling at any time of day/night. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel (literally a 5 second walk) with links to Valletta and other major cities. Only minor criticism is that the mugs and spoons provided in the room for tea/coffee could be better cleaned, as on two occasions they appeared to have only been rinsed but not properly washed.
